Lionel’s place was absolutely incredible - it looked even better in real life! We definitely enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave. We rented motorcycles at the airport which we definitely would recommend. It only took us 5 minutes to the beach and about 35 minutes to Lissabon city center. Lionel and the house manager Laure were so kind, they even let us stay longer on the last day as our flight departed at 6pm. We 100% recommend staying at Lionel’s - you will absolutely love it. We loved this home- very convenient to Sintra and the beaches, wonderful cafe nearby, and charming comfortable home. Enjoyed the outdoor space for relaxing or dining. We would definitely stay again. Rosa was very kind and accommodating when our plans changed and we were able to book an additional night.

The owner was very friendly and helpful, the house is as described, very spacious with lots of bedrooms, three bathrooms and clear instructions of where all the tools and stuff were. The place was a bit hard to find in the maps but not the owner's fault, also the entry gate is very narrow so take care. In terms of improvements we were missing a table cloth for the living room table as it is pure wood and we were afraid of damaging it. Other than that it's a great place

Amazing host! Met us at the property and explained everything, such an amazing house perfect for a lot of people we were 9 there and it was so so nice! Highly recommend and will for sure come again! We were two couples with kids and we each took our own floor in the house which was amazing! The living room is big and so nice! Just perfect! Clean, tidy, books to read! Our second time here and we truly enjoyed it! The apartment looks like in the pictures and you have everything you need. It’s quite and you can reach the beach, supermarkets or Sintra forest within a few minutes by car. Everything was really clean and we mostly appreciated Manuelas kindness and communication. We hope we can come again!

Peaceful with a beautiful view of the mountains. The house was perfect for the ten of us. The kids loved the pool and yard to explore. The house is setup so each area of bedrooms can be secluded and the outdoor area is very accommodating for outside eating. When we arrived to the property someone was there to greet us and show us around. Also we were surprised and thrilled to have treats there for us, they were delicious especially the orange Bundt cake. I would definitely rent this house again if I am lucky enough to return to spectacular Portugal.

We stayed in Maria’s villa for a week with our son and his family, including their 11 month old baby. It was the most pleasant Airbnb experience we have every had. The villa is modern, spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable, very well equipped and just a short walk from the the old village centre. Maria provided many small things to make us feel at home and enjoy our stay, including a high chair and crib for the baby, welcoming gifts of wine and special pastries and lots information about the local history, restaurants, attractions, grocery stores, etc. We would highly recommend this villa for a family visit to Ericeira and it’s beautiful surroundings.

Overall stay was excellent!! It’s clear that the host pays attention to detail and is committed to her guests enjoyable stay. We did lots of cooking and they even had a garlic press (a good one!!). I would certainly recommend this host and her unit and would definitely stay here again when we are in the area. Thank you Sonia and Simon!!

We had a great time here. The house was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, spacious and peaceful. One point to note is that the ensuite bathrooms do not have doors so some people may not be comfortable with that.

We absolutely loved our stay here, it’s clear the host had put a lot of time and love into their house which is why it appealed to us. We were a group of 8 best friends who wanted a relaxing holiday, exploring the local beaches, restaurants, sights and enjoying the pool which is exactly what we got, and more! We particularly loved how spacious the house was and being able to make food together and catch up in the outside dining area and on the rooftop balcony. There was an extensive collection of pans/pots/serving bowls etc which was really useful for a big group. We were only a short taxi ride to the beach where we enjoyed spending time at the beach clubs, and it was also a relatively short taxi journey into Lisbon and Almada. We would definitely recommend!

Lovely place to stay if you are visiting Portugal. Right by the station to get into Lisbon or Cascais, although the Ubers are also very cheap. It’s a 15 mins walk to the beach. And there are shops nearby. The house has 8 rooms and probably accommodates 8 people maximum in terms of communal space inside and outside. But if you are just looking for a really nice place to keep your head down because you are out exploring Portugal all day then it will be good for more people as the rooms are spacious. A great stay overall.

Quinta da Bella Vista exceeded expectations. Dinesh, who checked us in, truly set the mood for our elopement with welcoming jazz music, wine, and cheese. The space was much larger than we anticipated, perfect for our pre-wedding prep. We loved it so much, we added an extra day to soak it all in! Aline and Dinesh's hospitality went above and beyond – their responsiveness to our needs made everything seamless. We couldn't resist adding the delicious breakfast each day (highly recommend!), fueling our explorations of the charming town within walking distance. Evenings were spent enjoying deliveries via the Glovo app, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The Quinta itself is breathtaking – stunning grounds, incredible views, and beautiful architecture. It couldn't have been a more magical place to celebrate our elopement. Quinta da Bella Vista holds a very special place in our hearts, and we'll definitely be back for anniversaries and any other excuse we can find!

We absolutely LOVED this Airbnb — it exceeded all our expectations! The home is beautifully designed, spacious yet cozy, and made us feel instantly comfortable. The pool was perfect for relaxing with the sun hitting till around 6pm, and we made great use of the BBQ for family dinners. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. With Aldi close by and the beach just five minutes away, the location was super convenient but honestly, the house was so perfect, we rarely left. We made such special memories here and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly, highly recommend.

The house is really lovely and with a lot of character. It is great for a bigger group to share and the pool area in particular is fantastic. Rooms are all reasonably comfortable and with their own bathrooms. There are minor things that could easily be fixed to make the space feel more luxurious as the price is quite high - couple of broken/wobbly furniture items, some more kitchen utensils / glasses as usually it would be a big group staying, some general comfort supplies, quality of toiletries etc. But these are small things - overall its a very nice space with lots of privacy and a nice location.

We had a fantastic time. We were a group of eight adults and five children between the ages of 7 months and 3 years. There was plenty of space and the swimming pool and sandpit were great. It was lovely to have the outdoor eating space to spend time relaxing, and there was all the practical stuff we needed - two dishwashers, lots of plates and bowls, multiple bathrooms. Sandra was very communicative throughout and made a lot of effort, including buying an extra high chair for us. We would happily stay again and recommend it for a group holiday with children.

Just back from our family holiday at the villa , what a beautiful place we are a family of 6 kids aged 12,9 and 7 , the pool was fantastic the surroundings were beautiful , you definitely need a car as we visited local beaches and restaurants , we drove to beaches in the morning and back to the pool and lounging for the afternoon , I can’t fault this place at all I can’t describe how much we enjoyed it it was just perfect for our family holiday we were sad to leave the villa as it was just perfect ,thank you again and we will definitely be back , Jennifer x

We stayed at Jean Luc's house for 9 days in June and it was wonderful. The house is great, the garden with the pool a dream and Jean Luc is a great host. The location is a good starting point for many excursion destinations, a car is required. Highly recommend!
