A fully equipped kitchen, terrace, two bathrooms, and a toilet are also available.

When there is snow, you can ski right down, or hike up/down in summer. - 25m to free shuttle stop (Line N, access to Morzine and Avoriaz). - 1.5 km to the centre of Morzine town, along a safe, wooded path next to a stream.

The apartment sleeps 4 with a double bed in the bedroom and bunk beds in a "coin de Montagne." Amenities include separate ski/boot storage and a free parking space. Relax on the balcony with stunning views! We have recently got a brand new mattress for the main double bed.

Free parking just outside the building for 1 car. 10mins walk to town, bus station is 250 meters away. Pleney lift 900 meters ( 2 bus stops), Nyon lift 900 meters ( 2 bus stops), Avoriaz ski area 5km.

It allows you to park your car in our parking lot and fully enjoy your vacation without your usual means of transportation.
