This charming upstairs studio apartment has a private entrance and is close to the University of Arizona, downtown, and University Medical Center. This unique place has a style all its own. Studio style Casita with fantastic outdoor living. The overall property is over 1 acre. Great for Couples who want some free time, or mothers with a child or two who love to swim, explore, and play in tree houses. As you can tell the photos speak for themselves in describing our property. Awesome views, amazing sunsets, great gas fireplace sitting area, large natural fire pit, and of course an amazing pool to sunbathe around and cool off!
