The apartment is not far from the village of Ischia Ponte and the Aragonese Castle, which can be reached in a few minutes by a downhill road located in front of the apartment or along the romantic staircase of Via Sorronzano. If you love to dive into the sea early in the morning, you can reach the small beach of s.Anna or the rocks of Ischia Ponte for a swim before enjoying an Ischitan croissant... which is much more than a croissant! Remember that each descent corresponds to an ascent!!!

"CASA DI NESTORE", is a studio of 27 m² on the ground floor, equipped with all comforts, the furniture is functional, comfortable and nice, the kitchenette, fully equipped, replaces the breakfast service and allows autonomous preparation of any meal; the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The floor tiles and the kitchen splash guards have been hand painted by the owner. There is free parking for motorbikes, while for cars there is parking at 200 mt.;

Profumo di mare is a newly built two-room penthouse, in a villa, with a large panoramic terrace. It is located in the bay of Cartaromana, overlooking the Gulf of Naples (Vesuvius, Sorrento peninsula, islands of Capri, Procida and Vivara). The penthouse consists of a bedroom, a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, and a bathroom, for a total of 40 sqm. The large terrace (50 sqm), half covered by a canopy, is equipped with every comfort.

Panoramic terrace on the third floor equipped with a table, sofas, sun loungers and a countertop with a sink (shared space with the host who uses the terrace only for drying laundry). Please note: You can use the terrace until midnight. Visitors are not allowed.
