Nice place within easy walking distance to the beach with restaurant and beach bars nearby. We loved having access to both a pool and the beach. The place was secure, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The manager, Luca, was awesome and deserves his own 5-star rating! His responsiveness and warm hospitality would make coming back here an easy decision!

Emplacement très très agréable et très joli, au milieu des Olivers et des pins. logement simple mais tout à fait agréable Piscine très bien entretenue et très calme. Un petit Havre de paix que nous avons quitté avec regret. Salvatore toujours réactif. La dame et son mari qui évolue sur la propriété sont très gentils. Au plaisir de pouvoir revenir un jour. Nous recommandons sans soucis.

La villa è veramente come appare nelle foto: assolutamente confortevole, fresca all’interno e piacevole negli spazi esterni. La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort, tra cui aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, doppio bagno, cucina attrezzata e completa, due spazi esterni, uno principale ed uno “di servizio”, doccia CALDA all’esterno, lettini e dondolo in giardino, tende da sole e ventilatori per i caldi pomeriggi estivi in terrazza, attrezzature da spiaggia tra cui anche la canoa per brevi escursioni. La posizione è assolutamente invidiabile, a due passi reali dalla spiaggia di Acquappesa e vicina ad ogni necessità (macelleria, fruttivendolo, supermarket). E’ un po’ vicina ai binari del treno ma dopo poco non ci si fa più caso, visto il paradiso del comfort in cui si villeggia. Fabio è l’host dei desideri: attento, preciso, cordiale e simpaticissimo…una persona fuori dal comune. E stato veramente un piacere essere suoi ospiti: ci mancherà! Non vediamo l’ora di ritornare a riposare nella

Mi estadía en el bungalow fue simplemente maravillosa. El lugar es muy moderno, cómodo y estaba impecable. Todo el entorno es un verdadero jardín hay flores, césped bien cuidado, animales y una conexión con la naturaleza que invita al descanso. Las vistas son preciosas, especialmente el atardecer que se puede apreciar en total tranquilidad desde la piscina por ejemplo la cuál está en un lugar cerrado entonces se puede disfrutar en cualquier momento del día. La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca del aeropuerto a solo 10 minutos y llegar es fácil porque está bien señalizado. Además el anfitrión fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, lo que hizo la experiencia aún mejor. Ideal para quienes buscan un lugar tranquilo, rodeado de verde y con todas las comodidades. ¡Lo súper recomiendo!

Very large and beautiful home. Make sure you understand that electricity and linens are an extra charge. However, do not let that discourage you from booking. Electrical fee was about 20 Euro/day. Rossana and Letizia were very accommodating to help us get settled.

Our stay at this Airbnb near Girfalco was wonderful. Tucked away in a rural setting, the property offered a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Every night, we could hear the wind whistling outside through the olive trees, which was very peaceful to fall asleep to. Francesca was a gracious host, and was always available for if we had questions or needed help. We had access to the whole bottom floor, which was quite spacious, comfortably accommodating our family of 5. The interior was charming, and the kitchen area was perfect for cooking and family gatherings. The wifi was a bit limited, but luckily we were able to use our phones as a hot spot. It was only about a 30-minute walk to Girifalco's local town for my husband and I - the roads are curvy with blind corners, so best to be careful or only drive if the kids are with you. If you're seeking a peaceful getaway immersed in nature's beauty, this Airbnb is a perfect choice. We would definitely come back again!

Ein wunderschönes Haus in einer schönen ruhigen Umgebung, in dem nichts fehlt. Wunderschöner Pool und gepflegtes drinnen und draußen. Alessandra und ihr Mann Maurizio sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Sie haben uns super Tipps zu Restaurants, Locations, Stränden und vieles mehr gegeben. Ich kann sie nur jedem weiterempfehlen!

Casa spaziosa, pulita e ottima per chi vuole passare una settimana in totale relax con la propria famiglia o con gli amici. La casa si trova in una zona un po’ isolata fuori dal paese quindi poco indicata per chi vuole fare vita “modana”, ma ottima per chi ricerca pace, relax e temperature gradevoli. Il mare si raggiunge con 10 minuti di auto percorrendo una strada a tornanti che attraversa il paesino di Belmonte e giunge fino alla marina. Abbiamo potuto apprezzare tutti i servizi che offre la casa: vasca idromassaggio all’aperto, ampio giardino e veranda, casa super attrezzata e vista mare spettacolare. L’host è stato sempre disponibile ad ogni nostra esigenza ed è intervenuto rapidamente con un piccolo problema che abbiamo avuto con l’illuminazione della veranda. Ottima esperienza!

Posto incantevole nel cuore di Sambiase, Lamezia Terme. Michele è stato gentilissimo e premuroso, sempre attento ai dettagli e con ottimi suggerimenti per i locali dove mangiare. Fortemente consigliato!! Grazie

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, Giovanni disponibilissimo. L'appartamento è un comodo seminterrato con arredi nuovi e con uno spazio esterno davvero soddisfacente. Non è ovviamente un alloggio di lusso ma vale il prezzo pagato. Grazie giovanni, torneremo

This is a very charming and substantial historical residence in Decollatura. We stayed here as it was walking distance to our family who we were visiting for almost a week. Arcangelo and his family were perfect hosts making us feel welcome and responding to queries in a timely manner. It is such a joy to stay in a home that is used by a family as it means that everything you need to be able to cook and entertain is right here. We had a wonderful time having our family of 12 people for a beautiful lunch. There are also places to eat out, (although we mostly ate with our family in their homes). The garden and grounds are also very beautiful. We cannot recommend Arcangelo and his beautiful home enough, I hope we get to stay again!

abbiamo passato il week end di natale nell'appartamento gestito da Lorenzo, è stato davvero come sentirsi a casa. l'alloggio era fornito di tutto il necessario utile: cucina, lavatrice etc. tutto funzionale ed efficiente. ottima la posizione per non parlare poi del bel panorama che si affacciava sul lago. ci è piaciuto tantissimo e ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

L'appartamento è molto bello e spazioso, la presenza del giardino privato e della collocazione al piano terra è stata fondamentale, avendo viaggiato con un cane ed un portatore di handicap. Host super gentile e disponibile. Tornerò sicuramente

Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, bei Rossella wohnen zu dürfen. Da wir nachts ankamen, war die Fahrt etwas abenteuerlich auf unbekannten Straßen und über Serpentinen nur den Berg hoch. Aber wir wurden belohnt mit einer sehr netten Begrüßung und mit einer voll eingerichteten, gemütlichen Wohnung auf 2 Etagen-verbunden mit einer für Orte in den Bergen typischen steilen Treppe. Die untere Etage enthält das geräumige und gemütliche Bad sowie 1 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Betten (3 Personen) und oben befindet sich das zweite Schlafzimmer mit 1 Doppelbett sowie die gemütliche Wohnküche. Beide sind mit einem typischen Balkon verbunden auf dem man den Sonnenaufgang erleben kann. Die Küche ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man so braucht-einschließlich Kaffeemaschine, Toaster etc. Geweckt wurden wir am Sonntag durch die Glocken der nahen Kirche, was uns nicht störte. Die Umgebung bietet viel Berge, Ausblick, Natur und Ruhe. Wir kommen gern wieder :-) Vielen Dank Rosella und Martina.

Bellissima baita immersa nella natura a due passi da Camigliatello. Fittata per una notte per trascorrere una serata in compagnia a grigliata con amici, contesto meraviglioso e casa dotata di tutti i comfort. Host gentilissimo e super disponibile per qualunque dubbio o necessità. Consigliatissimo

Le logement est conforme à la description , il est situé au 1er étage d,une maison au centre de la petite ville. Appartement propre.Lhôte très agréable et fiable dans ses indications.Merci pour ce bon restaurant recommandé par Francesco. Rien à signaler de négatif.

Thank you to Mr Franco for the incredible hospitality and warm welcome. Felt like we were at home, with heaps of space and creature comforts, and the welcome gifts were greatly appreciated. This is definitely a family stay and would recommend during winter. Location is a bit rural however very peaceful and quiet. Thank you Mr Franco!!!

La casa è molto pulita e spaziosa, vicinissima al mare, ben attrezzata e con un prezzo conveniente. C’è un grande parcheggio privato proprio sotto casa. La padrona di casa, Lia, è stata molto gentile e accogliente. Questo viaggio è stato davvero piacevole!

Abbiamo passato 10 giorni meravigliosi a casa di Sergio. Pulizia e attenzione ai dettagli, grandi e comodi spazi esterni, ma soprattutto una posizione favolosa. Giardino direttamente sul mare, spiaggia praticamente riservata al residence. La notte solo il rumore delle onde. Consigliatissima.

Patrizia è stata molto accogliente e disponibile. La villa è spaziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario. Consigliata!
