It is located on the ground floor, inside a private courtyard that can be used by cars, therefore with free parking next to the accommodation. The complex is generally quiet and in a strategic position to quickly reach the places of interest, even leaving the car parked, still enjoying peace of mind. The historic center is a few minutes away by foot.

A quiet surround in Bra

We're very close to the center of Bra (10 minutes walking calmly) in a green and quite area, very easy for parking and at 7-8 minutes walking from the train station. In any season it's a lovely place for working or resting. The apartment has an independent entrance even if it is a part of my house. It has a bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with a cooking corner. There is a communication door between this area and the one where I live, but it remains closed, to protect the privacy.
