Wundervoller Aufenthalt – wie ein Zuhause fernab von Zuhause Wir haben uns bei Pia vom ersten Moment an unglaublich wohlgefühlt! Ihre Herzlichkeit und Offenheit haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Mit ihren tollen Tipps zu Ausflügen, Restaurants und versteckten Highlights der Region hat sie uns echte Insider-Empfehlungen gegeben, die unseren Urlaub bereichert haben. Man merkt einfach, dass Pia mit Herz und Seele Gastgeberin ist – ihr liebevoll eingerichtetes Airbnb strahlt genau diese Wärme aus. Es war blitzsauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt – wie bei guten Freunden. Il grazioso e caratteristo appartamento si trova in un piccolo paesino collinare e abbiamo avuto la fortuna di partecipare alla festa del Patrono! In circa 20 minuti si raggiungono le località balneari e in 1 ora il Parco del Gran Sasso. Da provare la cena al Ristorante Belvedere! Sonia è un host gentile e premuroso e ci ha fatto trovare bibite fresche e alimenti di prima necessità, grazie!

Great apartment with excellent location with a spectacular view of the beach and Adriatic ocean. Strongly recommend. Rudy and Ivan were very helpful.

Linda et son époux était très gentille et serviables, emplacement incroyable nous avons pus passer quelques heures sur la plage juste à côté ce fut très apprécié, on a même pus ce faire un barbecue, je vous conseille cette endroit

A perfect place to stay! Under 10 minutes drive from the beach, an hour’s drive to amazing hiking mountains, view of the sea and mountains from the property, historic sights in walking distance, under an hour from the airport, peaceful garden, 2 terraces, 4 sets of garden furniture in different places for as the sun moves around the house, a very comfortable, clean and well-equipped interior. Leonardo and his wife were very helpful and friendly - they gave us the keys, did a tour of the property, and answered questions. They were also very responsive with texts throughout the week (e.g arranging late check-out). Very reasonably priced, especially considering no additional charges for heating, water etc. unlike many similar properties - we were particularly grateful as it was unusually colder weather that week! Note: tell the hosts how many rooms as well as people - they had prepared 4 beds in 2 rooms but we needed 3 separate rooms, so they kindly unlocked and prepared the 3rd room.

Marina war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und hat uns viele hilfreiche Informationen gegeben. Der Tipp mit dem Fahrrad-Verleih um die Ecke war wertvoll, sodass wir mit dem Fahrrad die Umgebung erkunden konnten. Wir konnten für die Fahrräder einen günstigen Preis verhandeln (Nebensaison). Wir kommen gerne wieder.

È stato tutto magnifico, per noi due e i nostri due cani, è stato come vivere un sogno. Ambiente pulito e confortevole, presenti tutte le attrezzature necessarie. Non abbiamo utilizzato la sauna, ma c'è anche quella. E cosa dire del giardino? Ampio, comodo, recinzione alta, con barbecue, tavolo e sedie all'aperto, fontanelle per bere, sdraio. oltre tutto c'è anche un altro giardino, sempre recintato, al quale accedere tramite un cancello presente all'interno della proprietà, con alberi da frutta (mele, pere, ciliegie, fichi, noci, albicocche). Vista magnifica su tutto il Gran Sasso. Gli host sono sempre stati disponibili, gentili e proattivi, con la massima discrezione. Speriamo di poter tornare presto.

Casa fantastica, ben attrezzata e dotata di tutto il necessario. Moderna e funzionale. Ti fa' sentire subito a tuo agio. Definirla una mansarda non rende l'idea di quanta luce e spazio trovi. Inoltre ha un grande valore aggiunto: una terrazza piacevolmente vivibile e panoramica. Un vero gioiello, dove la vista parte dai tetti del borgo di Montepagano e si allunga alle creste della catena montuosa del Gran Sasso, per poi finire nel mare di Roseto. Alla sera un piacevole scintillio di luci si presenta ai tuoi occhi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Gianni e Sara, disponibilissimi e sempre gentili. Questa nostra vacanza è trascorsa in totale e reale relax. Bravi e grazie di tutto, da Francesca, Alberto e Chloe (il NS cane volante). .. Pensandoci, ci torneremo volentieri.
