The house is located in the City Center, just near the Port and the little beach of "Petrolo". The apartment is composed by a living-room with a kitchen and a balcony, a double bedroom (upstairs) one room with a bunk bed, one bathroom. The location is very close to the main attractions of the area: you might have a great walking into the Zingaro Natural Park (20 minutes by car), or see the medieval town of Erice, the ancient greek temple of Segesta and the Village of Scopello. The street is very quiet but close to supermarkets (medium size), cafes, restaurants and other shops. You can walk to the Port where you can have a breakfast or a dinner just in front of the sea!

Circondata dal verde con alberi centenari e con piscina . Parcheggio gratuito all’interno della casa . Vicino a tutti i servizi: market, pasticceria e bar. Zona residenziale dove rilassarsi e lavorare . Wifi disponibile e giardino attorno alla piscina che rende il posto incantevole .
