Cà del Bif overlooks the pier of the village of Nesso; the house dates back to the 1600s and has been our holiday residence for generations. Here we all learned to swim, practiced various water sports, went on many excursions and then met up in the evening all together on the pier to fish. In 1925, Hitchcock filmed The Pleasure Garden here. The apartment is about 50 square meters with a bedroom, bathroom and living room. Cà del Bif is reached by walking along a medieval cobblestone road (200 m from the church)

From here you can easily reach by car or public transport all best spots on Como lake. Ideal starting point for road or mountain bike tours.

It has two balconies and a terrace, all with lake views, and only a 5 minute walk down steps to a small lakeside beach and a lake front walk. With private parking from April 2026.

Oleandra , è una piccola villa con 3 appartamenti , edificata negli anni 70 e ristrutturata completamente nel 2020 ,è stata studiata per offrire (da ogni appartamento) una vista impagabile del lago con uno spazio sul terrazzo fronte lago all' aperto per godersi una colazione o un pranzo in pieno relax. La strategica posizione tra Como e Bellagio rendo facili le escursioni sul lago . In 20 minuti proseguendo con la macchina sulla strada principale si arriva a 1.000 metri di quota .

Dotato di un comodo letto matrimoniale, una zona lavabo attezzata con microonde, bollitore e frigorifero e una piastra elettrica. Un ampio divanetto trasformabile. In questa stanza a pochi metri dal lago puoi godere di una spettacolare vista dal balcone, ampio e vivibile. Smart tv La colazione a buffet è un nostro omaggio (no prodotti cotti). Sarà fornita al ristorante, solo in caso di altri ospiti.

LaDimora was built in 1850 on the Strada Regia. This is a Roman (donkey) path that connects Como with Bellagio. In the renovation of this cozy farmhouse, all conceivable modern amenities were combined with the beautiful old atmosphere elements. LaDimora is within walking distance of the beach, the bus stop, several restaurants, a bar, canoe and (speed) boat rental and a supermarket where you can buy fresh bread daily and also order pizza (order one day in advance).
