What a fantastic place! Sue and Roy were super helpful throughout - really clear instructions and communication. The space was clean and well stocked with breakfast bits, tea and coffee and everything we could want and need. The area is a quiet village, and our hosts were great in giving recommendations for food and helping us get taxis to a local venue we were attending. Both Sue and Roy were really friendly and went above and beyond with making sure we had the best stay. They were definitely best hosts we have had before. We would absolutely recommend this place!

We have just returned home after spending 2 nights at the annex over the Twixmas period. What a fabulous property this is. It was so warm and cosy. We truly appreciated the addition of the Xmas decorations, along with the wonderful welcome hamper provided. We met Sheila on our final day and so pleased to meet in person. Lovely lady and truly a super host. We would highly recommend this property for all your holiday needs. A true home from home in a great location, close to all the amenities in Bedale. Great place to stay in the centre of Bedale. Flat had everything we needed and was cosy. Parking was free on the car park. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. Pauline was a very helpful host and we enjoyed our weekend.
