✨ Un vrai petit bijou à Sidi Bou Saïd ! L’appartement était exactement ce que nous cherchions : typique, décoré dans le pur style tunisien, avec beaucoup de charme. Situé dans une petite impasse calme, il offre une vraie immersion dans l’atmosphère du village. 🏡 Très propre, bien agencé, et à quelques minutes à pied du centre. Rien à redire ! L’accueil était également impeccable. Je recommande vivement ! 🌟

Accueil bienveillant de la part d Ashraf. Maison agréable à vivre, surtout grâce à la terrasse. Quartier en retrait par rapport au bord de mer. Nous avons apprécié rencontrer des voisins et commerçants authentiques que nous n aurions pas vus si on avait été plus en centre ville. Les matelas, la cuisine et salle de bain ont déjà bien vécu. Séjour très agréable !

Very good spot if you’re looking to stay in the heart of Siri Bou Said. Easy to get to the rest of Carthage and Tunis by taxi but offers a stunning view from a higher position. Not extremely difficult to walk up the hill to the place for me but might be a daily challenge for the elderly. Beautiful rooftop patio and comfortable bed with a good living area. Good size place for 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 child (sleep on the couch) max.

I had a truly wonderful stay! The place is absolutely lovely, peaceful, spacious, and so well-maintained. It was spotlessly clean and had a real sense of comfort that made it feel just like home. Having lived in Sidi Bou Said before, this stay brought back that same cozy, welcoming feeling. Melik was an outstanding host kind, respectful, and always available to help or answer any questions. His responsiveness and care made the experience even more enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again on future trips, and I’ll gladly recommend it to friends and family. Highly recommended! 🌟

Kaïs s’est montré très réactif et agréable, avec une arrivée très souple. Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description et est très bien situé pour ceux qui veulent accéder rapidement à Carthage, La Marsa et Sidi Bou Saïd. On garde l’adresse !

Incroyable!!!! Je n’ai pas les mots ! J’ai fais au moins 20 pays plusieurs hôtels de toutes gammes également des Airbnb et je peux vous assurer que vous ne trouverez jamais mieux ! Fidèle aux photos ! Appart clean ! Paisible ! Tout le nécessaire , jusqu’aux détails ! Mais le plus incroyable c’était les propriétaires et sa famille ! Famille gentille accueillante agréable généreuse ! D’une douceur ! Merci je vous oublierez jamais et je reviendrai autant que possible ! La piscine est top le jardin tout était reposant merci bcp je vous envoie tout mes respects et amour

The property was beautiful, even better than the pictures! Alinda was very flexible and accommodating, the service we received from check-in to check-out was top tier, definitely a place I’d recommend especially for the hospitality and kindness of the hosts! We will be back!

One of my favorite stays in fifteen years of using airbnb. The apartment is beautiful, charming and welcoming. Everything is as in the photos. The location is bustling and lively, and there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby and the main part of Sidi Bou Said is within about a 10 minute walk. Always easy to get a Bolt to any part of the area or Tunis. WiFi was good enough for remote work and the desk was a nice space for working from home. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

I stayed at Nabil's place for two weeks, and it was just as described: clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking, all in good condition. The location is convenient, just a short taxi ride to the center of La Marsa and other places in Tunis, with some minimarkets and cafes nearby, but it is also a neighborhood in La Marsa that is still developing. Nabil is very helpful and always available for any questions. Overall, a very good place to stay.

Hôte réactif quartier paisible et propre. Garage privé souterrain petite terrasse avec vue. Appartement bien placé pour visiter les sites touristiques nombreux commerces et taxi approximité.

Outstanding spot in Tunis! better than the photos in the Ad. Authentic flat with lots of natural light. in the heart of Sidi Bousaid. Nabil was available all the time. Worth what you pay for. I will definitely book again. Highly recommend!

It was a great stay in Tunis with my parents. The house was so beautiful and with amazing surroundings and there is a local market nearby and you can access to anywhere easily by taxi (it's not far from Marca beach and Carthage region, Max 7 min with taxi) The host is so friendly and help us with any problem that we had during our stay

Nous avons adoré notre court séjour chez Taha. La terrasse est très agréable. Taha a été très réactif rien à dire merci Taha !

Evin konumu gezmek için harikaydı. İçerisi çok temizdi, nevresimler, havlular mis gibi kokuyordu. Evin terası vardı, güzel bir duş sonrası kahvenizi alıp manzaraya karşı oturmak çok huzurlu ve keyif vericiydi. Siz terasta otururken kuş sesleri size eşlik ediyor olacak. Dışarı çıkmak istediğinizde ise bir çok kafe ve yemek yerleri seçenekleri mevcut. Ayrıca market de evin konumuna çok yakın. Biz çok memnun kaldık, tekrar gidersek kalmak isteyeceğimiz bir yer oldu.

Bilel est un hôte en or. Il m’a réservé un très bon accueil et on a communiqué durant le séjour quand j’avais qqch a lui demander concernant l’appartement ou l’endroit pour garer la voiture. L’appartement est idéalement situé avec Sidi Bou Said et la Marsa corniche a proximité et l’endroit est totalement calme le soir. C est l’endroit idéal pour se reposer le soir venu. Recommandé à 100%

Mieszkanie ładne, zadbane, dobrze i praktycznie urządzone, przytulne. Dostępne wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy do funkcjonowania przez kilka dni. Miejsce blisko sklepów i głównej drogi. Cicho i spokojnie, budynek bardzo ładny i bezpiecznie się czułam. Jedyny minus to balkon dosyć wysoko zabudowany, brak ładnego widoku i meble balkonowe sugerowałabym do wymiany na nowsze i wygodniejsze.

مكان جميل ومميز بمنطقة المرسى وهادىء ومطابق للصور وآمن ويوجد موقف سيارات اسفل المبنى والمبنى حديث والشقة مرتبة وأنيقة وعائلي والقائمين على تأجير الشقة ودودين وسريعين الاستجابة شكرا لهم لقد استمتعت بالسكن وتونس الجميلة وسيكون خياري للسكن مرة أخرى
