Estuvimos mi pareja y yo 3 noches y la verdad que el apartamento es perfecto para desconectar y estar tranquilos. Las vistas son sin duda lo mejor. La zona es muy tranquila. Todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Davinia nos atendió con mucha comprensión y atención.

La estancia ha sido magnífica. las vistas del apartamento son increíbles, sentarse en el balcón o la butaca y ver el amanecer y el mar a lo largo del día es simplemente fantástico. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para la comodidad y todos los detalles están cubiertos. Una estancia increíble en la que repetir próximamente. Mercedes siempre atenta y amable con cualquier duda o solicitud. gracias y hasta pronto!

excelente!! nos sentimos como en casa , es un piso acogedor, tiene todo los utensilios qué necesitarías o tendrias en tu casa. Queríamos salir de la rutina y estar cerca del mar y fue perfecto para los niños, la mascota y nosotros 👌 una zona muy tranquila para poder descansar, bajar a la piscina o ir a la playa. repetiriamos sin duda

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Right in the heart of Murcia. High street shops on the doorstep. No end of lovely restaurants to choose from. Our favourite was Mercado de Correos - Gastronomic. A must visit if you are nearby. We had a lovely short stay in Murcia. Maria is an excellent host and we look forward to coming back.

This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.

This was a very comfortable and great apartment. It was about a 20 minute walk from the train station and less than 10 minutes from lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping. The central air conditioning was perfect for the hot days. It was wonderful having access to a washer and dryer since we were traveling light. It was very clean and comfortable. And with the apartment being inside a building, felt very safe. I’d definitely recommend.

This was an amazing find!! We spent a few days in Cartagena and it was great to have a private and lovely home to rest at. The host was very responsive and went out of his way to make sure we felt comfortable. I would stay here again! Highly recommend this style of Airbnb. If you aren’t driving, be aware that the bus stops are about a 15min walking distance. However it is a beautiful area and we felt safe!

Apartamento súper amplio y cómodo, localizado en el centro de la ciudad, por lo tanto se puede caminar a cualquier lado. Por la noche se escucha el ruido de la calle pero Mariano nos dio tapones para oído lo cual ayudó mucho. Anfitrión súper amable y proactivo

The flat is in a peaceful neighborhood easy to access by car and very close to the city center. The location is great if you want to visit the city by foot and visit the surrounding by car. Sonia gave us good advice on what to see and where to eat and it was really easy to communicate with her. The flat is confortable and clean.

This is a beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean. Everything is as shown in the pictures. Centrally located, but very peaceful for a good night's sleep. Filo met us in person and showed us around. This is a very relaxing place to spend a few days in Murcia. I highly recommend it.

Genial! Antonio estuvo pendiente durante todo el proceso y nos recomendó sitios muy ricos para cenar. Es cierto que las calles donde está el apartamento son reguleras, pero está en pleno centro de Cartagena, puedes ir andando a casi todas partes y aunque las calles nos produjeron algo de incomodidad, la verdad es que no tuvimos ningún problema con nadie. El apartamento de Ana y José es ideal para desconectar unos días de vacaciones en la playa ya que tienes una cala preciosa justo enfrente. Tiene maravillosas vistas. Volveremos seguro. Gracias Ana por hacerlo tan fácil.

Muy buena atencion por parte del Host, siempre atenta y respondia enseguida. La ubicacion inmejorable, cerca de lugares de interes, peatonal, bares y casco historico. Todo a pocos pasos de distancia. Lo unico negativo serian los 3 pisos en escalera sin ascensor (en especial si vas cargado) y que porahi faltaria un aire en alguna habitacion. Pero en general la experiencia es muy recomendable y la atencion inmejorable.

Professioneller, schneller und unkomplizierter Kontakt. Wohnung super sauber und modern eingerichtet. Schöner Stil. Unglaubliche Aussicht und durch die Höhe der Wohnung und des Balkons auch sehr ruhig. Tiefgaragen Stellplatz. Die Wohnanlage besteht aus teilweise festen Bewohnern und Feriengästen, dadurch ist eine schöne Atmosphäre. Pools waren nie überfüllt. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung und bedanken uns bei Alexey&Natalia und Elena.

Sentimo-nos muito bem, como em casa. Tem todas as comodidades à disposição. Estadia impecável!

Die Wohnung ist schön, ordentlich und sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Vom Balkon kann man direkt auf das Meer blicken. Ein gepflegter Naturstrand (offenes Meer) befindet sich ebenfalls direkt vor dem Wohnkomplex. Ein sehr schöner Strand am Mar Menor ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. In der Nähe befinden sich ebenfalls ein kleiner Supermarkt, div. Restauranst und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Gerne kommen wir einmal wieder.

The apartment and the residence are amazing. The apartment had everything you needed for a holiday. It was very clean and seemed to be brand new. Very nice located and easy access to several pools. The terrace was in cooling shade during the day. Very well maintained residence with very nice pool areas. Supermarket just outside the residence and walking distance to both Zenia Boulevard and the beach. Thanks for a great stay in your apartment.

Fermin was a fantastic host. His communication was excellent right from booking through to when we were there. The views from the apartment are absolutely stunning . We spent a lot of time outside watching the sea and the world go by. The only two of us stayed but six people could easily spend time in this apartment. It had everything you needed and more.
