There is plenty of outdoor space (terrace, two balconies and a roof deck) and access to three community pools. It has a beautiful courtyard from which you can see one of the fortresses that surround the city It is located in a seafaring, fishing and flamenco neighborhood. Close to Cala Cortina beach and the port and just a short walk to the historic center. The bus and train station are also very close. Very well connected. Easy parking.
