The entrance is automated, just fill in the check in online and we send you the welcome message with the codes to enter the apartment. Check-in is after 3pm, but if the floor is ready before you can enter as well. We welcome pets with pleasure, but we have only one condition: as a rule of the house, they should not be on the beds or on the sofa. If this happens and we find a lot of hairs, we may have to request an additional deposit to cover the extra time spent on cleaning. Ofrecemos una guía de huésped con información tanto del apartamento como la ciudad. La entrada está automatizada, sólo tienes que rellenar el check in online y te mandamos el mensaje de bienvenida con los códigos para entrar al apartamento. La entrada es apartir de las 15:00 pero si el piso está listo antes puedes entrar también. Aceptamos mascotas con mucho gusto, pero tenemos una única condición: como norma de la casa, no deben subirse a las camas ni al sofá. Si esto sucede y encontramos una gran cantidad de pelos, es posible que tengamos que solicitar un depósito adicional para cubrir el tiempo extra dedicado a la limpieza.
