Anne-Marie is a wonderful host. she is incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing . The studio is absolutely charming and equipped with everything you need. The garden is a true oasis, filled with lush greenery, fragrant flowers, and peaceful spots to relax and unwind. Not to mention a lovely pool which she is happy for visitors to use. The location was ideal for exploring the surrounding areas like Nice, Menton and Eze - it’s about thirty to forty minutes to these places by car, and Anne-Marie’s home offers some peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the towns. We felt completely at home and left with unforgettable memories. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene retreat in France with exceptional hospitality!

Can’t fault this place, the host was lovely and super helpful. It’s a little bit out of the way but there’s good transport links nearby. Would recommend hiring a car if you are planning on staying for a few days.

We had a lovely stay in the apartment in the centre of Tourettes sur loup. It was well equipped & furnished. It was clean with lovely views & close to the restaurants in this quiet picturesque village. A good base to visit the area. The later check out was much appreciated for an easier journey home.

A fantastic location. To do different activities. Very many are a short distance away. Nice real French villages with authentic features. Friendly French people who also speak English and are willing to do so. The apartment is more than complete. Equipped with all comforts, there is a washing machine, a dishwasher and a set of towels/ bath towels waiting for you. A private parking space on the premises within the gate and a private entrance to the apartment. The apartment is very private in relation to the residents. And the use of the swimming pool is fantastic. We were there in June 2025, it was 30 degrees and so we made a lot of use of the (heated) swimming pool. The garden is beautifully landscaped and the flowers smell wonderful. Beautiful view, which is completely unobstructed. The reception is warm, lots of explanations and a glass of rosé can be poured immediately. A cold bottle awaits you upon arrival. Friendly and helpful family. Certainly subject to repetition.

We had a wonderful stay at Matthieu’s apartment! 🏡✨ The place was spotless, stylish and exactly as described — even better in person. The view is stunning and the location is perfect to explore Beausoleil and Monte-Carlo. Matthieu was a great host: responsive, kind and truly welcoming. Communication was smooth and check-in/check-out were super easy. Highly recommended! We’re already planning to come back soon. 🙌🏼

Words cannot express how wonderful Ibens villa is. If you’re not just looking for a place to lay your head, but for an authentic French experience, this is the place. Not only is Iben warm and friendly but the apartment is beautifully appointed with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Iben has poured her heart & soul into her little haven and it shows. Special touches make the space feel like a home away from home. We loved our stay and were so very sad to leave. Book… you won’t regret it!!!

We had a wonderful holiday thanks to Frederique and her lovely family. The house is truly beautiful, with a well-designed kitchen that includes two different coffee machines and is fully equipped with everything you might need. There’s also a fantastic barbecue, perfect for enjoying meals with a view. The bathroom is spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. The pool also offers a stunning view. We felt like a part of the family during our stay. Thank you so much for everything!

I want with my Wife for Anniversary and the space was even better than the pictures. Form the 360 ocean views to the hikes you can do across the city. This place is spectacular. I highly recommend.

This apartment was, by far, the most incredible Airbnb rental we have ever rented. We are seasoned travelers, and the serenity and views from this flat, though in a bustling area, were more breathtaking and peaceful than we ever imagined. Our goal is always to find the best view and this did not disappoint —you will not want to leave (even for dinner)! This is the premier location in Nice to be near the old town area, but also closest to the sea. Having three balconies allows you to bring the outside in, but you are high enough from the street that the traffic never posed an issue; I napped in the living room in the afternoon sun while being lulled by the sound of the waves below. It’s a memory I will always cherish. The bedroom is on the other side of the apartment, making for a very peaceful sleep. This apartment is top of the line in finishes and amenities—the kitchen was fully stocked (but who wants to cook on vacation?). Leo and Romain were always responsive! Book this flat!

We had a wonderful stay at Benoit's place. The apartment has beautiful decorations, and the rooftop provides a great view of Nice. Big shout out to the ACs in the room, we couldn't survive the weather without them. Overall a highly recommended place! We'll definitely come back :)

Teresa’s place exceeded my wife’s and my expectations. Not only is the unit one of the cleanest we’ve ever experienced, but it felt high-end, complete with robes, slippers, comfortable bedding, and a very nice bathroom equipped with not only great-smelling bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner, but body lotion (all of which my wife appreciated) and even other items you might find in mid-and-upper-range hotel rooms. We cooked just about every night in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed the views from the balcony, sitting outside whenever we had the chance. The nearby bakeries were also perfect for morning pastries and daily baguettes, and the market near the police station had a great selection of local wines, ciders, produce, etc. The Smart TV allowed us to log into our streaming accts. and Wi-fi was great. Once we figured out how to use the combo washer/dryer, we appreciated having the ability to do a few loads of laundry. We had a thoroughly great time during our stay.

Maxime was an excellent host. He met us at the front door and showed us around the apartment. He was very helpful and responsive. The apartment is just what you see in the pictures. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony for breakfast and dinner. I highly recommend at stay at this wonderful apartment with beautiful view of the Azur Mediterranean.

Very clean and in very good condition with beautifully landscaped private area and plenty of space, definitely recommended!

We had a wonderful few days. The best part is the view on the sea which is absolutely fabulous. Best place to relax, to have some food, a nice enjoyable drink. Apartment is also very well equipped, especially the kitchen. There is no air conditioning, but much better to dive in the swimming pool or the sea (first access at the end of a few steps) if you need to cool down. From there we did a few beautiful day trip to Cannes, Nice and Monaco, all easy to reach, and enjoyed taking the time to go by the road by the sea. Roberto was also available before and during our trip to provide very good instructions and advices (like local restaurants). Always available and always provided a friendly answer. And thanks for the paddle board which allowed us to visit nearby beaches.

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

Very nice location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the beauty of the surroundings, the interior is fully equipped and tidy, everything is just right, the owner replied promptly and recommended the instructions for the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are a lot of delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers.

Lovely apartment that is 10 minute stroll from restaurants and bars on the harbour front. Very clean, tidy and well decorated. The outside space and retractable doors provide amazing outside / inside space. Miguel was easily contactable, providing clear directions and met us at the property for checkin. Aldi supermarket 1 minute walk has all immediate needs. Parking is free on street however not always guaranteed immediately outside. Would highly recommend
