Its proximity to the major roads (motorway, ring road, Paris road) and public transport will allow you to access the main tourist sites: from the Nantes vineyard to the charm of Carquefou (Port Jean, La Fleuriaye...), the city of Nantes and its castle, not to mention the major exhibitions (the machines of the Island, the Zenith of Nantes) or the sea less than an hour away!

This 40 m2 detached house, just renovated, is away from the street, hidden behind a building and nestled in a garden. Equipped with a 20 m2 terrace and 70's inspiration, everything has been thought out for maximum comfort. The tram is 400 m away and all shops are nearby. Perfect for a quiet stay and to visit Nantes in peace.

Located on the banks of the Loire, a few kilometers from Nantes, L'Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Opposite the Île de la Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, open-air café... but also the restaurants located nearby. If you are traveling by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a "Loire à Vélo" circuit, a bike room has been specially fitted out in the house. By car, you can park almost at the door!

Charming outbuilding in a green setting with independent access through our garden. You have a bedroom and a shower room with toilet. A coffee maker is available for your use. Following guest recommendations, we added a table, microwave and small fridge. Small outdoor terrace with table and chairs on sunny days, not overlooked. Possibility to park your vehicle and bikes. The accommodation is located near the banks of the Loire.

In a 20 m2 home, we offer a bedroom (mezzanine bed) with bathroom and a kitchenette. Our house is on the banks of the Loire with quick access to a pedestrian path. Close to Mauves train station (4 km), 15 minutes by car from Nantes. There is no parking in front of the house but possibility for a car at 50 m and in the adjoining streets for a bigger vehicle. The street is very transient and requires vigilance when walking.

You will stay in a nice independent mezzanine studio, fully equipped, adjoining my house. Access is secured by a gate and keypad and you can park inside the property. You access it via an external staircase. This comfortable studio is quiet and bright with a view of the unoverlooked garden. You have an equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking essentials and a beautiful bathroom with large shower and toilet.
