Fantastisk vistelse !!! Vi var 3 personer som bodde här i 5 nätter. Ligger bara 30 min utanför Bologna uppe i bergen med en makalös utsikt. Vi fick varsitt sovrum som alla var svala trots värmen ute. Lyxigt med 2 badrum med både dusch och toa när man är flera. Finns allt man behöver och till och med en tvättmaskin om man är där länge och behöver tvätta. Varje morgon stod det nybakade godsaker utanför dörren till oss som herren som har huset hade ordnat. Otroligt lugnt och fridfullt och det ända man hör under hela dagen är de olika fåglarnas kvittrande. Hit åker vi gärna igen❤️

We had a great stay in Adriano's house in Parma. The house was really nice, very spacious and in a quiet area but also close to the city centre with many bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. The house was clean and comfortable and had all of the basic provisions which was helpful for a short stay. Adriano was friendly and responsive and gave us some good local advice. Overall an excellent weekend and hope to visit Param again some time.

Mi sono innamorata subito di questa meravigliosa casa ed è stato un colpo di fulmine. Non mi sbagliavo. Siamo stati benissimo poiché al suo interno c'è tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno. Gli splendidi spazi esterni sono stati molto graditi dai nostri cani. Possibilità di parcheggiare sia all'interno che all'esterno dell'abitazione. Tommaso è stato molto gentile e disponibile, lo abbiamo molto apprezzato. Sicuramente ritorneremo.

Gorgeous modern space in a great location just a short walk to many sights in the historic city center. The apartment is beautifully appointed. The name of the apartment is Silence House, but we did hear quite a bit of street noise at night. That may have been bad timing as there was a festival in the city center that weekend. We had a rental car but the garage wasn’t available for use - if you need the garage, check with the host beforehand. The host got us a ZTL pass to park nearby, but the timing was bad with the festival and I had to drive around for close to an hour to find a parking spot. The hosts were always very quick to respond to any messages. They proactively checked in with us to see how things were going during our stay. If you want to stay in the city center, this is your modern home away from home.

Aneta was a great host, very proactive, helpful and friendly. Apartment was very clean and well designed. Beautiful green surroundings and the natural linden tree smell all around the streets and the apartment was just so amazing. It was only a 20 min train ride to Bologna center and the apartment was right around the corner from train station which was very convenient. All in all it was a great stay. Thank you again Anita! We’ll be back for sure.

Estupendamente comunicado, teniendo cerca hitos como Bolonia, Ferrara, Módena, Ravenna... Pese a estar muy cerca del aeropuerto, nunca nos molestaron los aviones. Bien climatizado, con habitaciones grandes y camas cómodas en la planta superior. Buena mesa y televisiones (una en uno de los dormitorios y otra más grande, en el salón). Todo muy limpio, cocina muy bien equipada. Plaza de aparcamiento propia en la misma puerta. Buena comunicación y amabilidad. Como punto mejorable, podríamos hablar de la bañera, clásica pero un poco incómoda.

Quando si è in Paradiso è difficile descriverlo. Tutto perfetto.

Ho soggiornato con un gruppo di amiche e ci siamo trovate davvero benissimo. La casa era accogliente, pulita e ben attrezzata, ci siamo sentite subito a nostro agio. È immersa nel verde, con un giardino curato e rilassante dove abbiamo passato momenti molto piacevoli. Un dettaglio che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo è stato l’orto: raccogliere insalata fresca e lamponi direttamente da lì è stata un’esperienza semplice ma bellissima! Alberto è stato un host eccezionale: sempre gentile, presente e disponibile, ci ha aiutate con un sorriso e tanta pazienza. Un soggiorno che porteremo nel cuore. Grazie di tutto!

Beautiful garden, with great facilities including a lovely and stunning views from the hills of Emilia Romagna. The kitchen is bright and we-equipped. The house generally is charming - welcoming and wonderfully decorated with lemon motifs everywhere. Miriam was welcoming and communicated in great time. And the cat is a sweetheart. Highly recommended to families and larger groups.

As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

This house was amazing, we brought our 3 dogs along and had the best time. An extremely private garden and pool with lots of games. She provided all bbq equipment, portable speaker, TVs loads of towels everything you’d need. Dorella was a fantastic host and it’s a really lovely comfortable home. The pool is the big selling point and it didn’t disappoint

Million dollar view. Marco and Laura are the most wonderful hosts and we would happily return to this lovely property. They went out of their way to accommodate us and our guests. The property was exactly what we needed: being two, two bedroom houses, side-by-side; we had privacy, as did our guests. The property is well equipped and we enjoyed using the fire bbq, the pool, playing pool in the evenings. Cooking was delightful, using an extensive array of herbs and vegetation from the garden, planted by Marco and Laura. Our hosts have filled cupboards with towels for the house and for use at the pool and there is a washing machine in each property and a clothes line for drying. The wifi is good. Warm evenings sat at the al fresco patio table, with an exceptional view of snowy mountains and a mountain rock that inspired Dante’s Inferno, is very special. Casa molto comoda, piscina pulita e grande. Pietro, nonostante non l’abbiamo visto, è sempre stato disponibile a rispondere e a darci indicazioni. Unica pecca è la posizione. Bisogna fare un bel viaggio per fare qualche attività. Ma per il resto è ottimo.

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. Superschön und praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung. Wir waren zu viert (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. 1 Kind schlief auf der Couch, das zweite bei uns im Bett. Sehr sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Ideal auch für kleine Kinder.

Modena is a beautiful city and this apartment is in the heart of it. Just make sure you are aware of the parking restrictions if you come by car. Modena uses the Bmove App if you want to download it before you arrive.

Alessandro and his associates were very responsive and helpful. We were happy to stay in their clean, spacious and well furnished apartment. Conveniently located near the Lamborghini factory and museum.

Logement idéal pour un voyageur ou une voyageuse, confortable pour y passer de bonnes nuits comme dans une chambre d'hôtel, l'accueil agréable d'Elisabetta en plus! Les rues alentour sont belles et agréables, petit quartier animé avec de nombreux bars et restaurants à deux pas. L'immeuble est paisible et le logement sur cour. Le centre historique est à deux pas. Salle de bains et chambre impeccable, linge soigné. Comme le dit dans l'annonce, la chambre n'a pas de cuisine, mais un petit frigo, une cafetière, bouilloire et un micro-ondes qui peuvent dépanner. Elisabetta vit dans l'immeuble et répond à tout besoin avec gentillesse, tout en laissant le champ libre. Je recommande vivement en particulier pour un déplacement professionnel et espère en une occasion prochaine d'être l'invitée d'Elisabetta!

Casa comoda con ampio parcheggio, comodissima per andare a piedi sia in centro che all'arena (25 minuti di passeggiata). Danilo molto gentile, super consigliata!

Posizione comoda e tranquilla, casa molto pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario, compresa smart tv e aria condizionata! Marco è stato molto disponibile nel rispondere con prontezza.

We had a lovely stay here! It was short, but sweet and exactly what we were looking for ☺️ It is a beautiful town with many restaurants and lots of shopping near by. Alberto was very friendly, and especially helpful with parking! Thank you for everything!!
