Comfortable home in beautiful surroundings. Really responsive and friendly host. En-suite bathrooms to each bedroom and the beds were super comfy. Great parking and charger for electric car - lovely walks nearby along the river and the horse in the field behind had just given birth to a foal so our daughter was mesmerised. Oh I forgot the hot tub - that was great too!

Family (2 adults & 2 kids) loved our stay, very well equipped and a lovely place to stay. Football goals and football was a good addition - the playground is no longer there but kids enjoyed their stay.

What a wonderful place for a peaceful break away. The house was so comfortable with all the amenities needed. The hot tub was a lovely addition too! My son, who loves wildlife photography, absolutely adored the river. He spent every possible moment down there photographing Kingfishers! I would definitely recommend to anyone who loves birds and wildlife.

We had a lovely relaxing weekend at this property. The local surroundings are beautiful and the house was clean and very well equipped. The hot tub was a nice addition and communication with our host was excellent from start to finish. I would happily recommend a stay here :)

Hermitage cottage was in a beautiful situation right on the river Lune. The cottage was clean and tidy. We enjoyed the hot tub, the barbecue and the outdoor seating. We were extremely fortunate with the weather and really enjoyed our stay. Walks around the estate were lovely. It is a lovely base to explore the Forest of Bowland and surrounding areas.

Booked for our 20th wedding anniversary and used for a base to explore Skipton and a day out in York. Close enough to Skipton to enjoy the town and the night life. The Granary was immaculate. Hot Tub amazing and already planning a second visit. The location is stunning, peaceful and we enjoyed every minute .

we were very impressed with Nicholas house very clean and equipped every thing we needed was there and more Location was great close to restrauants and Thirsk where we had lunch . could not fault it Will definitely go again

We had a truly wonderful stay at this lovely holiday lodge. The property was incredibly peaceful and relaxing, surrounded by tranquil countryside that made it easy to unwind from the moment we arrived. Everything was beautifully maintained and thoughtfully laid out, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere that made our stay feel special. One of the highlights was definitely the hot tub — we enjoyed soaking in the warm water, enjoying the quiet setting. The outdoor seating area was just as inviting, perfect for lazy afternoons. It was the ideal spot to switch off and recharge.

Stayed for a couple of nights to explore the Dales. Lovely, cute cottage with everything you’d need. Private garden was ideal for the dog to stretch his legs and some fantastic walks literally from the doorstep. Carole was always on hand for advice and local knowledge! Would definitely come back and stay again

What an absolute gem we found in Apple House. The pictures really don't do the whole place justice! A cosy, romantic house set in beautiful, serene surroundings. It really was the perfect location for our mini moon! Was lovely to be greeted by the chickens and Russel the dog each morning <3 We were treated to some tasty welcome gifts and the place was spotless, very comfy bed and just the most charming decor. Thank you so much Emma and Craig! We will definitely be returning with more of our family!

A fabulous stay. Beautiful, fully equipped, cottage. The little balcony with its view was something else - great spot for an early morning cuppa! The 6 of us had a great time for a special weekend, visiting The Piece Hall and Hebden Bridge. We would not hesitate to recommend and would love to come back.

Perfect! Exactly what we wanted, the cottage was pristine and equipped to a high standard with everything you need. Although dogs are welcome you would never know that a dog had been anywhere near. The location is secluded and peaceful with great views with horse stables next door and horses in the field. Swallows nesting in the stables constantly flying around. The enclosed garden is ideal for dogs to wander freely safely. Joanna is a great friendly host responsive and only too happy to help. Would highly recommend!

Wow! What a fantastic place to stay. The cottage was a perfect haven for a relaxing holiday. The scenery was breathtaking, and we spent much of the time gazing out of the window at the dramatic weather and wildlife. We wished we could have stayed longer! Deb & Tim were amazing hosts and the cottage is an absolute stunner. Perfect size and layout for a trip to the stunning pendle district. Great help with everything and the 3 pubs all within 20 minutes are fantastic. Will definitely be back to visit again.

Our stay in this cottage was lovely. We have not been super lucky with weather and we loved this cozy, clean and comfortable house! Surroundings are amazing, it feels like living in a painting.

Barn Cottage exceeded our expectations. Set in the most beautiful landscape. The cottage was clean, cosy, had everything we needed and more (games room with lots of games, books and a football table!) and the private garden was just stunning. My friend and I went to do the 3 peaks so was the great location not far away from the start point to rest and recover! The icing on the cake was meeting and feeding the cute Pygmy goats and chickens. Loved our stay, would 100% stay again

We had a fantastic stay at David’s beautiful and unique accommodation. David was responsive to all queries and made us feel incredibly welcome. He’s clearly passionate about the space he has designed and built — it’s thoughtfully planned, exceptionally well designed, and full of character.The attention to detail throughout is outstanding. We had the best night’s sleep in the enormous, super-comfy bed, and the large walk-in shower was a joy to use. The property is equipped with everything you could possibly need (and more) for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The views from the living area and terrace are lovely. It’s an easy and scenic walk into the centre of Marsden along the canal towpath or a quiet lane, and both the Standedge Tunnel and North of England Centre for Music and Arts with its cafe are just a couple of minutes away on foot. We were delighted to be be back in Masham again. Everyone is so friendly, and it’s ideal for visiting or walking in the Dales and the many lovely places nearby. The cottage itself is in a great location too - in the corner of the Market place, yet quiet and peaceful. It has everything we could ask for and is very clean and cosy. Thank you Ulicia, we hope to return again before too long!

Judi’s cottage is perfect in every way. With high quality furnishings, it’s well presented, in excellent condition, spotlessly clean and in a very peaceful location. Whilst it’s close to the main house, the cottage has it’s own private entrance and garden space, with the hosts being very respectful of guest privacy. The gardens are amazing and a great place to unwind. The location of the cottage makes an ideal base for visiting the main attractions in North Yorkshire and beyond. We would be delighted to stay here again on our next visit to the area.

We really loved Clarey and Barney’s place! We were treated so well! They were very warm and welcoming, and they responded promptly. The house was just as beautiful as it looked in the photos. We stayed for two days and went for walks every evening. The peaceful village made us feel so comfortable.

Amber Cottage was as beautiful as always absolutely pristine and has everything you need for a lovely comfortable stay. The setting is serene we sat in the garden with just the sounds of the swallow and curlew and sheep a wonderful retreat with great walks on the doorstep a great getaway to recharge!
