Greetings, I am Lizette your Host. This is a unique modern style cozy studio great for vacation purposes, completely private, fully furnished, in a safe and quiet residential Carolina neighborhood. By crossing the street you find a Mexican restaurant and a pharmacy. Very well located just minutes to the airport, beaches, Isla Verde Hotels, Restaurants, Hacienda Campo Rico, Condado, and Old San Juan. Comfortable and cozy rooms with bathroom, located in a safe and quiet area five minutes from the Luis Munoz Marin airport in SJ. Close to restaurants, fast foods, banks, pharmacies, casinos and the beautiful Isla Verde Beach. We recently installed solar panels with batteries to ensure our guests have power during the blackouts that have been occurring frequently in Puerto Rico lately. We also have a water cistern in case of a water emergency.

This is a lovely one bedroom apt on a first floor home in a residential area only 6 min from the airport and 9 min to the beach by car. It has it's own seperate entrance not shared. Your own place with a living room and bedroom. It has a tiny cozy bathroom and an area for dressing... Very close to the airport and car rental area (6min only).
