Vacation rentals with beach access in Carolina

Great little apartment! Excellent location for visiting both old town San Juan, El Yunque, and any other day trips from San Juan. And as a bonus it’s so close to the airport. Quiet, peaceful area of San Juan. The apartment was exactly what we were looking for. Cute living room area, comfortable bed, good AC.

Veronica is a great host! Super friendly and responsive. Helped us with a last minute request we had. The apartment was beautiful, clean and exactly what we expected. We would definitely stay here again!

Gabriella was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. We needed to check in early due to our flight and she helped out with that. The Airbnb itself was very delightful and very clean. The view of the beach was nice and easy access in and out the place. Overall, the Airbnb itself had everything we needed and more. Yes, the airplane noise is loud, but she provides earbuds. A enjoyable stay and would recommend.

The condo matched the photos perfectly; it was spotless and well-maintained. We loved its proximity to the beach and popular restaurants. The host was very responsive.

We would love to come back again! Walkable & safe: 5 minutes (1 block) walk to the beach, 10 minutes walk to grocery store, nearby restaurants open late, 2 minute walk to 24 hr pharmacy, 10 minutes driving to airport, 15 minutes to Old SJ. 2 beach chairs provided & Once on the beach, immediately umbrellas are for rent ($10). We didn't mind the night noise from the highway but Lara was considerate and provided earplugs just in case. The room stayed cool with the AC. The studio was spacious and super clean. Lara provided extra pillows and towels upon request which helped my stay be more enjoyable while 7 months pregnant. There's a small electric stove and pan we used to cook with which was helpful but be sure to clean absolutely everything and keep tidy because small ants will come looking for crumbs if unattended! Lara thought of everything, there were extra toiletries, linens/towels, games, welcoming snacks, kitchen accessories, coffee/tea pods, and an outdoor shower. 10/10

Javi is very kind and responsive. the Airbnb is in a great area. We felt very safe and close to all of the attractions we wanted to see. This unit fit a group of 10!

Manuals place is a great place to stay. Clean, spacious and comfortable beds. In a way it’s just like the photos but in another it’s better. We were two females and found it really comfortable and felt safe walking around. 5-10mins walk to the nearest beach depending on how slow you walk. And a lovely 20-30mins walk along the beach to the main area of Isla Verde. Lots of restaurants nearby plus Supermax with was open 24/7. Having read the reviews we were prepared for water issues but the water seemed consistently hot enough during our 8 night stay. Kitchen was great and the washer drier were a dream We had a slight issue with the clogging of the shower drain but that could’ve been my hair. Manual and his cousin came almost straight away and were so kind and helpful. Highly recommend and thanks again for fixing my glasses!!

The location is on a rooftop, very friendly environment. Night time there was great, quiet neighborhood. The location was nearby restaurants like Bebos BBQ and others making it great to enjoy night life near home. Me and my family enjoyed the rooftop for pictures and also enjoying to see some of the big airplanes land as the location is really close to the airport. The entire home stayed fresh as both rooms had A/C that worked wonderfully and in living room a floor fan. The place was exactly how the picture is. The host were very attentive and prompt to assist. My family and I will come back again.

What a great place! From the moment we booked the reservation to the moment we checked out, Arturo communicated with us every step of the way, providing us with very clear instructions on how to access the condo, activity recommendations, even where to find essentials at the local grocery store. The condo itself was very clean and incredibly secure, with 24/7 security. It met all of our needs and matches the pictures exactly. If we ever have the opportunity to visit Puerto Rico again, I'll absolutely check for availability here. Thank you Arturo for making our first trip that much more enjoyable!

We loved this place! The check in was super easy. The building was a little outdated which isn’t a huge problem but it felt safe and everything worked perfectly. The location was great and super close to the beach. The beach there is lovely and there’s lots to do. It’s also only 15 minutes away from old San Juan which was very convenient. I would recommend staying there!

good host and good place to stay

Overall I enjoyed my stay at Eraclio's. The view of the water was beautiful. I only wish there was a screen in the patio door, so I could have left it open. The AC units and ceiling fans did a good job of keeping the temp comfortable. I like that there was a TV in both the living room and bedroom for my lazy day and that beach chairs are provided. Plenty of towels were provided. I saw in another review that washcloths, were not provided, so I just brought a couple with me. Luckily I didn't experience any power outages during my stay and the wifi connection was good. I didn't communicate with Eraclio much during my stay, but when I had questions he answered in a timely manner.

I knew if/when I came back to Puerto Rico I would make sure i stayed at this location. Cant beat the area and all it provides within walking distance. Stunning beach access, very hospitable host and then some! Quick ride-share response to and from excursion places and night life makes it a smooth process to get to most of what San Juan has to offer. Highly recommend.
