Vacation rentals with beach access in Carolina Beach

We had an amazing weekend with lots do do and tons of fun. I would highly recommend.

The host was very responsive and the place was great all around. Views are amazing, parking is out front of the unit. This spot is one of the best for the price and worked well for three people for two nights. I will definitely stay here again when I am back in town.

I had a wonderful time! You can really see the love and care that went into the space.

We spent a beautiful and relaxing week at Wendy & Jeff's Seascape. The place is EXACTLY like the photos, the view from the balcony is a dream!! Waking up to the ocean sounds every morning is something we will never forget. The apartment is very well-stocked with all the items you need to enjoy the beach, clean up afterward (lots of hot water and good shower pressure!) and cook a delicious meal (plenty of kitchen gadgets). Very easy to walk around the neighborhood, up to the pier for quick eats, or less than a mile to the little mini-mart. Parking is easy. Area is safe. The pool area across the street was clean and fun too! The hosts gave excellent, clear instructions for arrival/departure and even checked in on us via the app during our stay. Audrey provided clear check-in instructions and was quick to give us important information about parking. Audrey was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The property is conveniently located right on the river walk just a quick walk away from boat tours, restaurants, bars and everything else the historic district has to offer, but it was set just far away enough to where nights were peaceful and our sleep was never interrupted.

Property Mgr. communication was great. The place was perfect for us & so dog friendly. We utilized the backyard ALOT as the weather was perfect and the space was serene & peaceful. Renting the golfcart was an added plus and we had alot of run tooling around own in it & not having to worry about finding/paying to park. My Husband & I had a perfect trip!

My family and I enjoyed our weekend at Skipper’s place. It was a nice area in a wonderful friendly neighborhood. The walk to the beach wasn’t very long and the place had all the amenities you could need. Would recommend to a couple staying in the area!

The beach views and access were great! The deck was a great place to sit during the evening hours and enjoy the spectacular view. The home itself was clean and cozy. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

Our stay was great from beginning to end. Host was very responsive with any questions I had. Space was great for my fur baby it was perfect for him. Will definitely be visiting again!

Being on the beach was awesome! We enjoyed sunrises from the hot tub, going right down our stairs to the sand, walks to the pier, evenings on the deck… It was the perfect setting for our little reunion! The house is clean and comfortable with everything you might need. Location is also super convenient to food & coffee & seafood market. The only surprises were that our space was attached to another house (neighbors were very quiet, respectful, and friendly) and that we had to make our own beds upon arrival and remove bedding before check out. Overall, Emily’s house made our time with people we love even more fun & easy! She was a communicative, helpful host and we appreciate her sharing her home!

A very nice place, if you want to spend a great time relaxing this is the right place, at night there is a lot of noise, but you arrive tired and relaxed from the beach that doesn't even bother you to sleep.

We couldn’t have asked for a better host! Natalie was super helpful! My family really enjoyed our stay. The location was great and within walking distance to many great places, including the beach. My family loved Celtic Creamery. That’s a must try for sure! We would stay again!

The place was fantastic. It is walking distance to the beach, the lake, and great food. Sunsets and sunrises were particularly special and the backyard and screened in porch were essential parts of our trip.

This was a fantastic Airbnb! It was immaculately, clean, comfortable, inviting and modern. It was in a fantastic location and had every amenity that we needed. We have stayed at Carolina Beach multiple times and this one is our favorite by far. The hosts were immediately available if needed, but certainly did not bother or intrude upon us. Incredibly walkable to the boardwalk, all the restaurants in the area and the beach. They had four beach chairs, an umbrella, and a couple other items available for use at the beach. They do not have a wagon, so you will need to bring one if you use those for your beach trips, FYI. The check out was a breeze, nothing to do but not leave a total mess. I would highly recommend this house and we will certainly look to stay here again in the future. Thank you again for the great stay!

We had a great stay at Wes’s place. It was a 5 minute easy walk to the beach. The house was the perfect size for our two families with two kids. Wes was very responsive and there was all things beach for us to use!

My husband and I came down for a quick couple days get away, and it was a perfect place to stay! Convenient to everything, steps from the beach, and very private and quiet. We enjoyed taking a dip in the pool after spending a couple hours on the beach! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is a great location for walking to the boardwalk, and we were happy to have an elevator since our group included my elderly mother and little kids. Beds were super comfortable. Carnival and fireworks at night were great. Warning to toddler parents: our two year old was able to fit his head and most of his body between the rails on the balcony (and he refused to stop doing it), so we had to make the balcony off limits. The bunk room is on the street side of the building and you can hear the music coming from the bar next door late into the night, although our kids slept fine with a white noise machine. The queen bedroom has no windows and was quiet.

Beautiful view of ICW and ocean from your own personal deck! The deck furniture got an upgrade and are two Adirondack high chairs (comfy!) but no table. Only a mile away from the downtown area of Carolina beach, perfect if you love a little bike ride to get to breakfast or dinner. About 20-30 min to downtown Wilmington. Very short walk to the beach, easy to pop back for lunch or the bathroom. Host gave excellent recommendations for local events and restaurants. Provided ample soaps, towels, and detergent. AC worked great and they had an extra fan for the bedroom with darkening blinds. Recommendations for other guests: If you plan to cook know that the kitchen has VERY BASIC kitchen tools/supplies. Beach chairs were Tommy bahama (woo!) but umbrella was broken and other guests haven’t taken good care of other supplies. Bed has a memory foam topper and I’d suggest bringing your own pillow, they have super thick or super thin.

Kimberly is a super-duper host. Her apartment was over-the-top clean, spacious, and well stocked with all kinds of kitchen wares and all the usual items you need on day one so you don’t have to dash to the grocery. And the location is the best, I think, in Carolina Beach. The building is new, modern, and quiet. You can easily walk to nearby restaurants, the Boardwalk, and all through the old neighborhoods. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

Wonderful little quiet beach vacation get away! Perfect central location that still feels like your own little piece of paradise

The 3 of us had a wonderful stay this weekend. It was a short stay but a great location for food, beach and drinks. Amanda was a great host.

We had a great vacation and highly recommend this condo! The rental was beautiful, very homey, updated and clean. The location can’t be beat. It was convenient getting to both the pool and the beach. It was only a couple of steps if you forgot something and had to run back. Even though the pool was shared, it was rarely crowded. The condo was well stocked, beyond your typical “enough to get started”. There were cleaning supplies, including dishwasher pods, trash bags, and laundry detergent. The kitchen was well stocked, had great appliances and all the basic cooking supplies like salt & pepper, cooking oil, coffee pods and coffee filters. The two decks were amazing. The view from the second story deck was incredible. I wish they had a table on one of the decks so we could eat meals outside while looking at the ocean, but we made do with the rocking chairs. The beds were a little stiff for our liking, but that’s personal preference. Otherwise it was amazing and we’ll be back!

This was my wife and I’s fourth stay at Nicole’s place, and we have had nothing short of great experiences each time. Always great with communication, and provides accommodations unlike anywhere else we have ever stayed. We look forward to this trip each year because of the host’s commitment to ensuring the stay is seamless and relaxing.
