We stayed at Marco's apartment for an EVJF and we were delighted: welcoming, chic and designer apartment! More than warm welcome from Marco who does everything to make us feel at our best. Not to mention their availability, valuable recommendations, and unparalleled sense of service (airport driver, home chef, restaurant and spa reservations, etc.). First of all the location is amazing, the property was great, swimming pool and view was unreal, looking over the whole lake and all mountains. Fabio and Marta were such amazing hosts went out their way to help us get to the air bnb location, provided us with any need outside of regular requests, answered the calls and texts at all times and were super friendly and helpful from the beginning till the end, Thank you for making this an amazing visit we will make sure to come back. Great place, beautiful view, garage for the car. Private garden and a swimming pool just next to the side gate. You need to have a car to get to other places but still it is awesome place to stay. I could not set up air conditioning to increase the temperature so it is worth to ask how to do it.

Beautiful experience! I made a mistake with the booking, but Pietro was great at solving everything instantly, saving my family's stay. The house is exactly as it appears in the photos: each room is tastefully furnished and cared for in every detail, from the lighting to the small design elements. Impeccable cleanliness and a warm and welcoming atmosphere everywhere. In the bathroom and in the toiletries, you can smell refined fragrances, which make everything even more special. The wellness area is a real gem. Our dog also received special attention, she was greeted with fresh water and biscuits. Pietro was a thoughtful and always available host. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Elena’s place in Lake Como! The view was absolutely breathtaking – even better than we expected – and the peaceful location made it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The neighborhood felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The home was exactly as pictured: clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything we needed was there, and Elena was incredibly responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy. We can’t wait to come back!

This home was honestly such a dream! The host was easy to work with and provided a very helpful video for check in. The parking lot/suitable drop off point for a driver is a bit of a distance from the house, on a cobblestone walkway with stairs along the way. It was a lot of work to get my luggage to the house but SO WORTH IT! It’s absolutely gorgeous and as pictured. The outdoor areas are all stunning and lush - I loved sitting outside for coffee, breakfast, and watching the sunset in the evenings (but bring bug spray)! It rained most of my stay so I didn’t use the jacuzzi or outdoor shower much, but they were functional (I checked) and looked lovely. The ferry station and bus stops are about a 5 min walk away and a local market around 3 minutes away. The couple that owns the store was so sweet! I walked to 3 different restaurants nearby for dinner. They were within 3-15 minutes walking distance and wonderful food! This will absolutely be my first choice for a future Lake Como stay!

Matteo's house is excellent! A lovely swimming pool, large bathroom with whirlpool bath and a bathroom with walk-in shower downstairs. Kitchen is fully equipped! Outside, you can sit comfortably. When we were there, we had two storms. The first storm caused a floor cooling to stop working. Immediately it was arranged that we got mobile air conditioners! What a great service. This was beyond Matteo's control, but he immediately arranged for his brother and mother to come and check everything! Matteo's mother was also waiting for us when we arrived. What a lovely woman! We enjoyed the house and the pool! Bergamo is around the corner and easy to do by public transport or taxi. The bus stops almost at your doorstep. Our dog could walk around freely without us having to keep an eye on him. But with 30+ degrees, he preferred to lie in the cool house☺️. Clelia is a very friendly and helpful hostess. You feel comfortable and welcome. We were provided with delicious food. Everything was there, very nice! We enjoyed it very much.

We were guests at Adamo's chalet for just a few days but it was an unforgettable experience. The house is well maintained both inside and out, with all the comforts and well equipped. Even Fara, our furry baby, immediately settled in and especially enjoyed the outdoor area that surrounds the entire house. Marco was always available and also provided us with valid directions regarding the various routes to take in the area. We also had the pleasure of meeting Adam, who liked our salads. We'll be happy to come back.

Aurora is a perfect host, the place was our home base for excursions around lake Como. It is not far from Mennaggio, which is a gorgeous town and part of the golden triangle from where you can reach Varenna, Bellagio and other towns via ferries. We were a bit concerned about the driving, but no need its narrow roads , but you get used to after driving twice, and it's worth it, the peacefulness is great after the hectic in "selfie-land" down at the lake 😀. we loved the contrast and the possibility to have both. Cooking yourself with fresh Italian produce is amazing, even more with your own fireplace and modern well equipped kitchen! THANK you Aurora 😊

O. M. G. Andrea was the best host! When you think “host with the most” that’s him. He was the most responsive, kind, generous and amazing host we have ever encountered. The place was GORGEOUS. With the most wonderful view and right down the road was a perfect “beach” where we ate at a few times and spent the day to soak up the sun and water. He checked in on us every morning and evening making sure we didn’t need anything and offered the most generous things. We can’t wait to come back and visit Andrea and his beautiful home again. 10/10 recommend (even though this place is so perfect, part of me wants to gate-keep it 😉) BOOK THIS PLACE! Literal perfection.

The cleanest flat we have ever been. This is an amazing place to stay, and it was impressive how clean the apartment was. We felt like kings. Strongly recommend. The host was super nice and friendly with ready recommendations. Amazing!!! Also the beds were very good for sleep and the kitchen had everything you need. Beautiful balcony and there is place to park your car.

We had a great stay! Maria was incredibly attentive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely cared that we had a good experience—offering helpful advice and tips throughout our trip. The apartment itself was spotless, very comfortable, and well-organised. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into creating a welcoming space, and as a guest, you really benefit from the clear and well-kept rules. The location is also a major plus—there’s a metro stop right outside, which made getting around the city really convenient. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for an incredible stay. The apartment is amazing, with beautiful views. Maurizio was a super helpful host and was really clear prior to booking about the building works next door. They didn't effect our stay at all in the 3 days there was barely any noise (i think most the major construction is complete anyway). Maurizio gave us some lovely recommendations and with a car it's really easy to get around. Would definitely recommend and love to come back!

We stayed for 4 nights with our 5 year old son and we had a great time. The area is very beautiful, peaceful, green, we loved it. Easy to go for walks straight from the house. There are restaurants/shops down in the villages nearby. The place was also spotless clean and communication with Emanuala was super smooth. She had very good recommendations for food and activities.

The house where we stayed is in great condition, it is super complete, in a quiet place. Mattia was always super nice, he responded super fast to all our questions. We had 2 babies, he left 2 high chairs and 2 cribs for us. He gave us recommendations for pastries and restaurants. we were late and arrived super late to check in, and he didn't put up any problems. always very friendly. We recommend the house to everyone, as well as the host :) thank you for everything Mattia!

Had a short two night stay at Alexsandras apartment. She was really friendly and informative, and her lovely parents met us on arrival. The view of Lake Iseo is stunning, and as we arrived late, she recommended a really good pizza restaurant 5 minutes walk away. The space is spotless and has a great kitchen. As is usual in Italy, there's no microwave. Italians like their food fresh! You definitely need a small car to get there, but that's why they invited a Fiat 500! Getting there is along very tight streets, and very steep roads, so a small car is essential, but that adds to the charm. Really good spot!

The place was insanely good! The amenities in particular were above average. The house corresponded to our ideas and the pictures. The driveway to the house was really very steep, so you should be careful which cars you arrive with. Communication with the landlord was also excellent. Very friendly and quick feedback. We would come back.

My father and O were traveling together and we rented this Airbnb to avoid the cost of two hotel rooms. I LOVED the beautiful glass room kitchen!! Was such a peaceful place to have a morning coffee. They were very accommodating about our arrival time which was extra wonderful! The furniture is a bit old and simple (folding chairs around the kitchen table, stained chair in the living room) but for the price it was an excellent option for us and we really enjoyed it! Location is wonderful tram runs regularly (though seemingly on a schedule of its own) and we could walk to duomo in 25 min. I ran In the park each morning and the water pressure is lovely. Look it’s not a hotel, it’s perfect for traveling with two people who want their own space. Only one bed would be usable for a couple honestly so 3 people in beds is realistic. Has an elevator Excellent AC Over all we loved our stay and highly recommend to anyone coming to Milan!

Simona was an incredible host! We stayed at her home in Lake Como for our honeymoon and we could not have picked a better place- the house was beautiful with gorgeous mountain views and the area was quiet and peaceful. We took the ferry to get to more tourist-y locations, and Simona was wonderful about giving us recommendations for places to go and things to do both in the town we were staying in and around the lake. The house was clean and she even provided us with a couple of groceries and a pasta recipe. The location in Carate Urio is walkable, but you do have to get used to lots of stairs and walking on the side of roads. There are a couple restaurants and a small market that worked great for what we needed for the week since we traveled to different towns around Lake Como. Once you get used to the ferry system it's so easy to travel as the dock is only a ten minute walk. It was a perfect stay and I would most definitely recommend Simona's Casina delle Rose!

Absolutely beautiful location. The cats and the dog were so so cute and friendly. A great space with all the amenities you would need. The town is extremely quaint and charming as well. The best part of our stay however was the host’s father, enrico - who went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay: he offered us fresh berries and herbs from his garden and even showed us a beautiful creek to swim in. I highly highly recommend.

My partner and I went there, Corinne was a great host. Beautiful place, wonderful surroundings. The interior of the house is very comfortable and spacious. Small flaw but not essential, the night is a little hot, but otherwise everything is super top. We will definitely be back. Corinne is very flexible and available to all your needs.
