Family-friendly vacation rentals in Carmiano

We had a very nice vacation! Rooms and breakfast were really great and the hot tub was really great.

We had a wonderful time at Stefano's place with our family of 5. The property and home are beautiful. The kids enjoyed playing in the yard. There is ample patio space for dining or relaxing. We went off season and didn't use the pool but it looks wonderful for the summer. The old stone part of the house has great character. The hot tub is a great way to relax. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. It's a short 10 minute drive to Ostuni, which has plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to see. We greatly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend the place to anyone visiting the area.

We arrived late in the evening due to a delay in our flight. Cosimo's parents nevertheless welcomed us very, very warmly, took a lot of time to show us everything and even got us a pizza. The house is perfect, nice and quiet, offers plenty of space to relax. Everything you need was there in terms of basic equipment. The house is beautifully, modernly and practically furnished and equipped with many small thoughtful details. The outdoor area is very spacious and offers plenty of shade. It's only a few meters to the beach, and during the week there were no people there. We had a perfect week.

We had a great stay! Enzo is the best host one can imagine. Gifted us some wine, bakeries and a pannetone for new years eve as we arrived. Two days later he got us some traditional stuff from a pasticceria. We loved all of the italian flavor! Also there are many beautiful cities with even more beautiful historic centers around and easy to reach. 10/10 would recommend and also we do! Thanks Enzo!

A beautiful and tranquil setting. We took walks along the country road surrounded by olive trees and wild flowers. The garden and pool are beautiful and we spent lots of time there. We also explored Spongano and our beloved town of Specchia. Salento is magical and so is Villa Ada.

Ada is a delightful hostess. Her place is wonderful little oasis, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed it without other guests, so can’t comment on the privacy, but it’s a perfect place to discover the area if you have a car. Loved the pool, Ada’s cooking and the cheeky cats that run the place. Definitely recommend.

I would give this place and host 6 stars if I could! It’s a HUGE apartment that’s part of a palazzo built in the 1400s. Luigia is the most charming, warm, friendly and helpful host ever! She makes you feel at home and does so many thoughtful things like stocking the fridge with food and beverage items, walking you through the place with the right level of detail and even made my restaurant reservations for me like a concierge. The location is 2 mini blocks off the main square yet tranquil as can be. And the bed is the most comfortable of my 5 weeks in Italy thus far! I love Lecce, this place and this host! Can’t wait to return.

A 5-star home. Large apartment, well exposed, very well equipped, and in a quiet area. While being close to the beach, and small shops. Bike, BBQ and Jacuzzi available. Coffee pods and a bottle of red wine. Breathtaking sea and sunset views. We would have stayed there for a few more days. I recommend it 1000%.

A beautiful haven of peace 10 minutes from Lecce😊!The property is beautiful and the apartment is great . We were able to shine easily in all Puglia and enjoy the calm of the villa and the joys of the pool after busy days. It is sure that if we return to Puglia we will rent again here😊👍!

Had a fantastic stay at Emanuele's place. The room and pool area were lovely and created a great environment to relax in. The location is great, and Emanuele is a super kind and attentive host!

This house is a real gem. It is located right at the sea. There are stones in front of it but you can go swimming, if you want. On both sides approx. 5-10 min are very nice sandy beaches. The view is amazing and we had super nice sunsets. The house has everything you need and the kitchen is fully equipped. The decoration is maritime and quite cute. It was really peaceful and we had a great time. There are a couple of restaurants in the village as well as shops and even fish shop. We were there at the end of May. Many shops and restaurants were still closed but 20 min by car there is a bigger town where you have everything. We really enjoyed our stay. If you look for peace and quiet - book this lovely house! Highly recommended!

Spectacular beachfront, a short walk to the beach, easy to reach, perfect for those who have Children, or relaxing on the beach, I don't even need the car anymore... I should have stayed all summer!!!

We were charmed by this little corner of heaven. Comfortable bed, immaculate space, functional for cooking and perfect for relaxing outdoors. We enjoyed the availability of bikes since the village is close by. Andrea gave us great suggestions for restaurants.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment. Close to downtown. Close to the train station and you can park on the street of the apartment, so the location is excellent. Comfortable beds, large rooms. We felt at home and better. I recommend it to everyone. I can only thank Fernanda for her willingness to answer any questions we had. See you next time

We loved the property. Sophia was a perfect host. When we forgot our home keys, she made sure we collect them without a problem. If we can we want to come back with our friends to enjoy this beautiful farm house during summer. It would be perfect for 3-4 families as a base.

Lovely apartment! Fresh and clean. Cafes, restaurants and beach within walking distance. Try to catch the fruit/vegetable truck. It stops near the apartment a few times a week. Really good and cheap fruit! Our host was quick to answer and helped us every time without hesitation. She even fixed a brand new high chair for our baby❤️

Villa with a beautiful outdoor space, a beautiful terrace and a pool with a sea view. The interior of the villa is smaller but well-equipped and sufficient. Two independent sleeping spaces, this can be appreciated for everyone's privacy. Isolated villa in the heart of nature, there are therefore many different insects. Alberto and Chiara were very welcoming and responsive. We had a basket filled with various local specialties that we enjoyed very much. We had a lovely stay.

Very nice place to stay, very quiet, nestled in a lovely landscape. Unfortunately, some utensils are missing in the kitchen to be able to cook yourself (peeler, good pans, cereal bowls, among others). Would be great if that was added. Otherwise, we were extremely satisfied.

We had a great vacation at Villa Grandi Fiori. The location is ideal: a stone's throw from the charming village of Oria, in the heart of Puglia, a perfect base for exploring the region. The villa is really superb: spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped, which allowed us to cook with pleasure during our stay. Several terraces surround the house, perfect for enjoying the sun or shade at any time of day. The garden, entirely surrounded by hedges, offered us total privacy and absolute tranquility – a true haven of peace. Thank you to Ingrid and Piet for your warm welcome. It was a pleasure to meeting you. Villa Grandi Fiori is undoubtedly a place where you already dream of returning!

We had a wonderful time. Lots of space in the villa for two families and the teenagers loved having their own bathrooms! Very helpful in every way, we had a lovely dinner in the recommended restaurant in the village. We would definitely return!

Beautiful historic property which was easily accessible to the tourist towns such as Ostuni, Alberobello etc. Pierfrancesco was a generous host and made us feel at home. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Anna and Toni were very kind and caring hosts and when I had a problem with the car, even came out to pick me up from the village and nothing was too much trouble. On arrival there were all kinds of goodies waiting for me including coffee and a bottle of wine which I was not expecting! I had a very enjoyable time and my Italian improved no end after my weeks stay as they were great to chat to. I car is essential and there is plenty of parking at the property. This is the nicest Air BnB we have ever stayed at. It is as beautiful as the pictures depict, both inside and out, and exceeded our expectations. Our hosts were very helpful with any questions we had and were very pleasant. I would highly recommend this place.
