Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Carmen Beach

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer Seitengasse abseits der Hauptstraße. Man ist in 5 Minuten am Strand, bei Restaurants/Sodas, dem Supermarkt oder Cafés. Lage TOP! Wir haben nur für weitere Ziele das Auto verwendet und konnten alles reibungslos laufen. Unterkunft war gut durchdacht und auch das offene Badezimmer hat uns nicht gestört. Nachbarn sind ruhig, bis auf die Baustelle in der Nähe kriegt man tagsüber nichts mit. Die Kommunikation mit Paula wie auch Sophia war klasse. Paula kam uns auch zur Hilfe mit unserem gesperrten Safe. Danke dafür nochmal. Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in Santa Teresa und würden wieder kommen!

Fue nuestra primera vez en la zona y desde antes de reservarlo, Lorna fue muy atenta explicando y recomendando qué lugares visitar. En sitio te recibe Adonis quien en todo momento fue super atento, amigable y anuente a ayudarte en todo, desde dónde comer hasta cómo llegar a las playas y de paso enseñarte el lugar. Que dicho sea de paso es divino en medio de muchos árboles, sonido de pajaritos y visita de los monos aulladores. El apartamento está súper bien equipado, limpio, blanco y una luz natural hermosa. El pueblo tiene una vibra lindísima, la playa tiene muchas piedras pero ese es su encanto. La cereza en el pastel son Luna y Toby que te acompañan en las caminatas y la piscina entre una sombra muy apenas para relajarse en la tarde. Sin duda, volveremos 🫶🏼.

Superbe villa et piscine. Très tranquille et tout près de la rue principale et de la plage. Nous avons été très satisfaite de notre séjour et y retournerons lors d'un prochain voyage à Santa-Teresa

This airbnb was so comfortable to stay in, the room darkening blinds and extremely comfortable bed and bedsheets were great, loved the space and the full kitchen. My bf and I were able to make nice meals here and we saw lots of wildlife from our balcony - macaws and deer. The hosts were always responsive and so helpful with recommendations for me. The place was very clean.

Excelente ubicación, y comunicación con el anfitrión. Realmente vale mucho la pena quedarse en este lugar.

Our stay at this beautiful apartment exceeded our expectations! It was so peaceful and private and thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed. Most of our time was spent sitting in the shade at the edge of the beach, resting and enjoying the sea breezes. Our only disappointment was that we could not stay longer!

Die Unterkuft war super alles mega schön eingerichtet und alles nötige war vorhanden. Zu Empfehlen: Ein 4 x 4 wird nicht umbedingt gebraucht aber ein gewissen Skill braucht rs schon um zur Unterkuft zu gelangen da die Strasse sehr holprig ist. Ansonsten aber sicher ein besuch wert

I can definitely recommend the accommodation. It looks even better than in the pictures. Everything is very modern and high quality for the price. Unfortunately there were quite a lot of ants in the kitchen when we arrived and there is no toaster. This could be improved but definitely worth the money.

Our stay by Soraya was amazing. Very peaceful, calm, very close to nature. The surroundings are stunningly connected to nature. Soraya was very helpful and generous. We had everything we needed in the house for our family. Cleaning lady very friendly always around if we needed anything without disturbing. Someone cleaned the pool twice a day without disturbing as well. The place is a little far from everything but after a few come and go we got use to it. I already miss the landscape on our way to there. Even if it's far, the feeling is very safe and confident. Thank you!! I would recommend this place to anyone who's searching for some quiet and quality time.

Adi was a fantastic host and had a beautiful property. He was very kind and made us feel right at home. He gave us all the privacy we needed. I am not sure if I missed this in the description of the property but we had the use of cleaners at no extra cost whenever we wanted, much like a hotel. We only used the service once but it was a nice touch. There is another suite above but we rarely saw them. The pool would be shared but again, they used the pool at different times. You can hear the roar of the waves from the property which is lovely even though it is maybe 400 meters through the trees and across the road. Mal Pais is a nice area to get out of hectic Santa Teresa and I would do this again. This has nothing to do with our excellent host but, to avoid disappointment, this is not a walk friendly area of Costa Rica. The roads are busy with ATV's and motorbikes and an awful lot of heavy equipment with no sidewalks. However, if you fancy a walk, the huge beaches slake that thirst.

Pia's place is probably my favorite AirBnb ever. It's a little beachside oasis right in the heart of Santa Teresa. Walk across the beautifully landscaped yard and onto the sand of one of the best beaches in Costa Rica. Iguanas, monkeys, butterflies and birds everywhere. A great hotel next door for good meals and pool time for kids. Pia is an exceptionally cool and kind and helpful host. And the house itself is awesome -- beautifully designed, well maintained, gorgeous. Can't recommend it highly enough.

We loved staying at Lorea's airbnb! It was the perfect location, a very close walk to the main area of Playa Santa Teresa and surrounded by great restaurants. It was very spacious and clean, we used the kitchen a lot to cook and make coffee every morning, and the washer/dryer were very nice to have with all of our beach days and the hot, humid weather. The deck upstairs was a beautiful spot to do yoga and drink coffee in the mornings. There were quite a few critters in the house over the course of the week, especially downstairs (ants, centipede, spiders, and even a scorpion), so just be aware and clean up after yourself! It was also definitely an effort to get up all the stairs to the house sometimes, especially in the rain. But these are all things that seem to come with the territory in Costa Rica! We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the bungalow it was an easy walk to restaurants and the beach. The house was clean & nicely decorated. We recommend this beach bungalow.

We had a great stay at this beautiful Airbnb! Clean, cosy, fantastic backyard where you’ll see a lot of animals, good location & easy to check-in. Amelia helped us with everything and made sure we had a pleasant stay, thank you again! Would definitely come back.

This place is just perfect! It's very spacious: the kitchen has everything you could need, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The private patio is amazing, with a large pool, a hammock, and surrounded by nature (it’s magical) We kept saying we were definitely coming back… and we actually extended our stay to spend the rest of our trip here! Alvaro is hand down the best host we've ever had. He arranged pizza delivery for us on the first day, gave us great recommendations, and even connected us with an ATV rental company that delivered the ATVs to the house and picked them up the next day. Incredible service! We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back someday. Note: You’ll need a 4x4 or an ATV to get to the house, especially after sunset. It’s walkable during the day, but once it gets dark, it gets very tricky — though still doable with a flashlight if you're feeling adventurous!

I’ve stayed in Sara’s place before she did a major remodel and both times it’s been wonderful. My most recent visit in early March 2025 was to this second floor space. The condo is spacious, with a wraparound balcony that was where I spent a lot of time enjoying the view to the jungle and hillside. It has everything you need, including coffee, ample bottled water, a/c and many ceiling fans (inside and out). Their house cleaner is incredible. She left it spotless each time and was so thorough. The personal treats were nice. When I arrived, Lily showed me around and gave me all the tips I needed to be comfortable. She had picked up and cut up a delicious papaya that I enjoyed along with a pineapple that may be the sweetest I’ve ever had. They referred me to a mobile masseuse and restaurants, and offered me help to find other things I needed but honestly I was lazy for a week of bliss and this was it

Great condo near the beach. It was very well equipped and very clean in a nice complex with its own pool. Arman was a great host always quick to respond and comes highly recommended. 5 star all the way

Absolutely loved my stay here! The location is perfect—everything is walkable. The beach and surf spot are just down the block, with great food options and a supermarket right across the street. The condo was clean, easy to cook in, and felt secure thanks to on-site security. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Would definitely stay here again!

It is a magical place in the middle of the jungle and with beautiful ocean view. The sunsets were amazing!!! The apartments are perfectly clean, the decoration is very nice. The beds are perfect. The barhrooms are spacious. Fully equipped kitchen. The terrace is very spacious and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.I highly recommend the place. Manzanillo Beach, just a three-minute drive away, is a beautiful place. We also enjoyed Santa Teresa Beach and Hermosa Beach. The hostess Luz is very kind, friendly and attentive. We enjoyed some wonderful days of vacation

I had a great stay at Andrew’s! I can see why he’s a super host. Very responsive, friendly and flexible. The Condo had everything you need, and was super clean and tidy. The location of the Condo is in Los Delfines, which is a private complex, so we felt very safe and we were able to use their facilities. Will definitely come back, and I absolutely recommend you staying here

I could not have been happier with this stay. I am an airbnb superhost myself in a popular tourism destination so i really looked over the place closely. The location is way closer to the santa teresa strip than google maps leads you to believe, it is all of a 5 minute roll down the hill by car to everything you could need. Being up on the hill it is very quiet and far from the craziness of the beach, it was an even closer drive to montezuma where we would go hiking. Just from our porch we saw monkeys and beautiful birds. The ACs blow cold and the shower is the best shower i’ve ever used, beds were extremely comfortable and all new appliances in the kitchen, and a lovely little laundry room to clean up dirty beach and hiking clothes. As an airbnb host i can tell you Mariajo is a pro, there were many details in this apartment i will be taking home to my listing to implement. All communications with mariajo were responded to instantly. Highly recommend staying here🤙🙌👍

excellent location. close to very good beaches on both sides. would not bother with the local restaurant as you can get tastier and cheaper meals outside the complex. the place is as advertised. very clean and cozy. highly recommend if using as a base for all of the other beaches in the area. very satisfied.

Marisa’s Airbnb is in the perfect location in the heart of Santa Teresa - just steps away from the supermarket, gym, surf shops, and the main surf spots. Beyond the unbeatable convenience, the stay itself was fantastic. Marisa is the sweetest host—super welcoming, incredibly helpful, and always responsive. We even got to hang out beyond the Airbnb space and become friends, which made the experience even more special. We can’t wait to come back and see her again soon!
