Vacation rentals with a patio in Carmen Beach

The property is located in a side street away from the main road. You are 5 minutes away from the beach, restaurants/sodas, the supermarket or cafes. Location TOP! We only used the car for further destinations and were able to run everything smoothly. Accommodation was well thought out and the open bathroom did not bother us. Neighbors are quiet, except for the construction site nearby, you don't notice anything during the day. Communication with Paula as well as Sophia was great. Paula also came to our aid with our locked safe. Thanks again for that. We had wonderful days in Santa Teresa and would come back!

Communication with the host was great – quick, friendly and helpful. Originally we had booked an apartment without air conditioning, which was a bit uncomfortable at the high temperatures. The host came by in person in the evening and allowed us to switch to a room with air conditioning – really great service! The furnishings were nice and tasteful. A small note: things like salt, pepper or oil should be brought with you, as they were unfortunately not available. Location was perfect – a little away from the hustle and bustle, but still only a few minutes to the beach. There are many great restaurants nearby that you can easily walk to. Overall a very nice stay – happy to come back!

This was the ideal space for someone working remote and wanting to experience Santa Teresa to its fullest. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever I reached out, and always went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. 10/10 would stay here again.

I highly recommend staying at High Enough! I stayed at Haya's place for a month and I absolutely loved it. The views, the comfortable apartment and the cleanliness. The pool was also a huge plus! The communication with Adriana was great at all times. Super responsive! Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

It's perfectly situated in Santa Teresa, just a short walk to the stunning beach, delicious cafes, and vibrant nightlife. The property itself felt peaceful and private, offering a true escape from the hustle and bustle. While the location is fantastic, it's worth noting that the approach to the parking involves navigating a steep, but fully paved slope. This might be a bit challenging for those who are not comfortable with driving on hilly terrain. However, the upside is that the property is situated on higher ground, offering stunning views of the surrounding area and providing a bit of a workout as you walk back to the apartment, which is 50+ meters above sea level. In summary, if this place is available, don't think twice and reserve!!! Note: Yuli kept our stuff safe for one night and helped move between Appartments, truly amazing! Thanks Yuli and Team :-)

This airbnb was so comfortable to stay in, the room darkening blinds and extremely comfortable bed and bedsheets were great, loved the space and the full kitchen. My bf and I were able to make nice meals here and we saw lots of wildlife from our balcony - macaws and deer. The hosts were always responsive and so helpful with recommendations for me. The place was very clean.

Had an amazing stay ! Location gives you a real feel of Costa Rica, she was not kidding when she said you need a 4X4 to access the property. Love the home, love the view, and love the easy communication with the host.

Good place to stay near the main beach town and beach everyone’s at.

Everything was amazing including the chef I hired. The massage therapist for my retreat was top notch. Marisel the house manager was top of the line! She was very responsive and took care of all of my needs for my women's retreat as well and scheduled the massages and transportation. Sergio our driver for our excursions was the best. The customer service was phenomenal. My only challenge was I scheduled a beach picnic, and the description said there was a path to the beach. This is a path right along the driveway separated by greenery (not sure why the path was even built when you can just walk down the driveway and end up in the same place and easier. This path includes about 50 steps and about 8/10 cement stepping-stones that lead to a gate, you then walk across the street to another path that's not good for elderly or anyone with knee/hip/leg challenges as it's over debris, rocks, roots, water, mud etc and at least another 1000 steps if not more (not good at distance).

The villa is very comfortable. It has utensils in the kitchen to prepare food. The place is quiet to rest and very close to the beach and supermarkets and restaurants. We went as a family and we liked it very much. We will definitely stay with Carlie again

We had a wonderful stay at Stella Mar! The location is perfect—just a 5 minute walk to the beach and right up the street from the main strip. Barto, the concierge, was attentive and communicative, making sure we had everything we needed. The cleaning staff were amazing and kept the place spotless. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I would 100% recommend staying here.

Amaya, was a great host she is always super helpful and resourceful. The place was beautiful and a great central location. Highly recommend if you are looking to stay in Santa Teresa!

Loved our stay here. The place is beautifully decorated and felt very clean. We enjoyed watching hummingbirds off the front step and often heard howler monkeys in the distance. Location is about 15-20 min drive from the main strip of Santa Teresa with most food options. It was a nice private escape.

We had a great time at David's place. It had everything we needed, was spacious, clean and quiet. We enjoyed the pool and the beach is within walking distance. David was proactive and helped us arrange nice dinners, had tips and was very flexible. Thanks David! We definitely recommend his place.

The accommodation is very nice and well located. Marisa is amazing! She even added furniture before we arrived to accommodate us so we can have 4 meals around a table outside as well as inside. Super well decorated. Vegetation makes us feel good. Very well insulated inside so as not to hear the quad bikes passing on the main street. We loved it!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The location is perfect—everything is walkable. The beach and surf spot are just down the block, with great food options and a supermarket right across the street. The condo was clean, easy to cook in, and felt secure thanks to on-site security. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay here was wonderful. The place was very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed to make ourselves breakfast. We loved the outdoor couch area for sipping coffee and the yoga mats were a nice addition for some stretching post surf. Would highly recommend a stay here!

I had a great stay at Andrew’s! I can see why he’s a super host. Very responsive, friendly and flexible. The Condo had everything you need, and was super clean and tidy. The location of the Condo is in Los Delfines, which is a private complex, so we felt very safe and we were able to use their facilities. Will definitely come back, and I absolutely recommend you staying here

⸻ Trust me—book this place. Meet Spyridon and try to tell me he’s not the nicest guy you’ve ever met! He’s incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the stay. The views are absolutely stunning and give you that lush, authentic jungle vibe—unlike some of the more modern, Miami or Beverly Hills-style homes in the area. I mean, why come all the way to Costa Rica for that? One thing to note: while the beach is nearby, the walk back is a serious uphill climb. It’s doable, but be ready to break a sweat. An ATV is definitely the way to go—but hey, that’s the trade-off for those epic views.

excellent location. close to very good beaches on both sides. would not bother with the local restaurant as you can get tastier and cheaper meals outside the complex. the place is as advertised. very clean and cozy. highly recommend if using as a base for all of the other beaches in the area. very satisfied.

The condo was modern and clean, and everything you could want was there. Lisa was very responsive. The property was great with a 5 minute walk from your front door to the beautiful swimming beach. There was also a parking lot by the beach if you prefer to drive. Chairs and a restaurant are at the beach already.
