Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Carmen Beach

The studio was nice and we enjoyed staying there. The host was very kind and responsive. We recommend this studio especially for those who are looking for a quiet accomondation in Santa Teresa. A car (4x4) is an advantage as the road up there is quite steep and can be slippery in the rain. However, it is also possible to visit the center on foot (approx 10-15 minutes walk).

El alojamiento se encuentra a pocos metros de la calle principal de Santa Teresa. La ubicación es excelente. Está enfrente de la mejor playa de Santa Teresa, que tiene los mejores atardeceres. Está en una zona muy tranquila. En nuestro caso, valoramos que no esté en un lugar ruidoso, pero a pocas cuadras de todos los restaurantes y bares. Además, tiene un supermercado a una cuadra. Para dos personas, el alojamiento es amplio y muy cómodo. La cocina es muy muy completa y se puede cocinar. Al ser una zona selvática, es inevitable que haya algunos bichos. El balcón es como se ve en las fotos. La presión del agua del baño no es muy fuerte pero funciona bien. El aire y los ventiladores funcionaban bien así que no sufrimos el calor. Muy importante. Si buscan algo cerca de la playa en el centro de Sta Teresa, es una excelente opción. Franco estuvo siempre a disposición. Recomendable

Loved this airbnb and Eden was an amazing host!! The location is super ideal - central, walkable to everything, but tucked away enough that you don’t hear much noise from the street. As a solo traveler, i felt safe and secure in the airbnb, air conditioning was strong and the place was clean! Linens + beach towels provided which was nice and i could work from the airbnb with no problem. Highly recommend!

If you find availability to book this slice of paradise, don’t hesitate. My girlfriend and I stayed here for 1 month and Betty is literally the best host you could ask for. She will always go above and beyond to make sure your stay is more comfortable and accommodate your needs. I was working remotely here and was worried about the wifi and Betty went ahead and upgraded the internet to the highest speed to accommodate me and it was perfect for work. Betty’s place is perfectly located in the best part of Santa Teresa, just far enough from the dust and noise of the strip to have peace. It’s a short 7 min walk to the beach and the walk back is uphill (ATV recommended) but is worth the spectacular view. The place is very clean and well designed, with fans provided. One of my favourite things to do was watch the sunrise from the property’s helicopter landing pad in the morning. There is a worker onsite that helps with cleaning and made the place feel secure. This place is a hidden gem.

Una excelente opción a un razonable precio. El alojamiento es fiel a su descripción y fotografías. Cuenta con lo necesario para un estadía cómoda. Adema está ubicado en un punto ideal (cerca de buena gastronomía y de la playa) pero lejos del ruido. Cuentan con parqueo y la piscina es más grande de lo que parece. No tuvimos problema con nada. Rodrigo fue super amable y atento en todo momento.

Linette and Dan were wonderful hosts. Both were so warm. Linette immediately welcomed me to her home and provided a mini tour. She gave my her phone number in case I had questions. Dan showed off his garden and all the fruit trees. It was such a great experience. Linette provided instructions on how to walk to the beach. Find the yellow Catholic Church and take the road turning left all the way down. They live about a 10 minute walk from the beach. They also have so much nature on their property in the mangroves. You'll see large fish swimming, and little crabs. please be aware that you're sharing the property with Linette and Dan. they won't be in your way :) if anything, provide fresh fruit to you!

Great place

We loved staying at Casa Wahoo. Quiet little corner away from the hustle and bustle of Santa Teresa, yet easy to get to various surf breaks and town. The place was very clean and felt new/nice. Only 2 of the 3 bedrooms had AC, so we just shared 2 rooms. AC in the main area and the 2 rooms worked great.

We had a wonderful stay! The place is beautiful and wonderfully quiet – a true retreat. Its location was perfect, with the surfing area being an easy walk away. The house itself was very comfortable and we felt completely safe. Communication with the host was fantastic

La villa es demasiado hermosa, equipada con todo lo necesario por si vas a cocinar, todo el entorno de la villa nos encantó. El administrador muy atento a cualquier consulta, excelente servicio y amable. La playa que está a unos 50 mts de la villa, es hermosa, la disfrutamos de día y atardecer. Muy cerca de otras playas para conocer.

Manzanillo is a gem of a spot, very easy to walk to local food and small grocer, beach is a short walk away. Elias was very helpful with any issues we needed sorting out. I would definitely go back and stay again!

We’ve had a great time at the Jungle House and with Caroline herself. It’s exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. However the thing that stood out the most was that Caroline went above and beyond and gave us the best experience possible. Not only did she answer every single question I had quickly and gave us local recommendations but also let us check out late when there wasn’t anyone else staying there after us. I would highly recommend the Jungle House to everyone!

La casa es absolutamente espectacular, las vistas son maravillosas, diría que a la casa le falta un poco temas de mantenimiento en las zonas verdes, la Refri de abajo casi no enfría y de las amenidades ofrecidas hizo falta la parrilla de gas. Sin embargo nada de esto impidió que pasáramos una excelente estadía y que además la comunicación con Max fuese muy amable en todo momento.

Great place, very elegant and beautiful, the place has a nice setup with shared kitchen and beautiful pool. Close to everything. They are very good at communicating and helpful.

Perfekt ausgestattete Unterkunft mit allem was man zur Selbstverpflegung benötigt. Bia ist super freundlich und hilft bei allen Fragen und Anliegen 😊 In ca 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Dorf, ein Supermarkt ist direkt eine Straße weiter. Wer gerne abseits der Touriströme wohnt und auf der tollen, großen Terrasse das alltägliche Leben der Einheimischen miterleben möchte, ist hier Bestens aufgehoben. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und danke Bia für ihre tolle Gastfreundschaft 😊
