We moved to Texas last year so it was nice to return back to Carmel and visit with family and friends. The location was very central to walking paths and many restaurants and watering holes. The place was clean and very well organized. The amenities were perfect! My friend and I stayed at Sarah’s place and had a fantastic time. Sarah is an excellent host, quickly answering my questions and communicating clearly. The space is beautifully decorated with tons of unique finds and well-appointed with everything we needed. Location is good for getting around town. Everywhere we went was within a 10-15 minutes drive. If you want to walk to restaurants, shopping, etc this might not be the right match for you. But many places are indeed close if you ride a bike on the towpath. Street parking was easy and ample. Sarah provided an informative guide about local attractions and also very clear and reasonable instructions for cleaning up and checking out. No complaints. A real all-star. Thanks again, Sarah! PS: in our comings and goings, we ran into the downstairs neighbor - a complete delight!

This was a perfect house for our small family. I’m from Indy so knew I wanted to stay in this area, but the house was better than I thought. Super private, great location, and the hosts thought of so many little things ahead of time. We’ll definitely stay again.

Easy check in, clean, had all we needed for a weekend, games to play, walking paths and parks, space. There were storms in the area while we were there and owner let us know. Very pleased with this home!

Our stay at Darin's location was spectacular! We come to Indy annually for a golf trip, and he was incredibly easy to work with. Responses were borderline immediate, and all instructions for the stay were simple & concise. I'll absolutely be trying to use his place for future events!

Dina always exceeds expectations as a host. Her place is spotless, and beautifully appointed. Even the plants are all happy! Extraordinarily comfortable bed, and a bathroom large enough to dance in (maybe we did)! We have stayed three years in a row for our annual trip to Indy and hope that Dina’s place remains an annual tradition for as many coming years as possible! We could not be happier!

Our stay in the condo in Broadripple for the Indy 500 was excellent. The property was easy to find, centrally located in a nice area of Indianapolis and was a short walk to multiple restaurants, shopping and a Fresh Market grocery. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked for our weeklong stay. Our host, Deborah was extremely responsive and her communications were excellent. Thank you for allowing us to "Let's Go Racing"!!

My friends and I traveled to Indianapolis for the Taylor Swift concert and Ruby's place was close enough to the city for us to travel in for the show, yet far enough from downtown to not be in all the chaos. There were so many wonderful amenities nearby from walking distance coffee shop and not too far groceries and restaurants. Ruby's home was clean and organized - it was the perfect spot for our Swiftie getaway!

Perfect location for our conference event at the Indiana Convention Center. Easy to walk to and plenty of food options. The space is beautiful, and even though we had a few hiccups, the host was responsive and took care of it as fast as possible.

This was one of the best stays I've had. The host were very friendly. I met Rick and he was very pleasant and accommodating. The house is just as described, and it is more beautiful in person. I am extremely O.C.D. so I am hard on cleanliness, and this place was immaculately clean. It is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood that is located near lots of eating and shopping spots. I would highly recommend staying here.
