What a great little studio, we had a wonderful couple of nights here. The view of the sea was perfect on the sunny mornings. The beach is only 1 minute walk and the place is pristine and cosy. Andre was very responsive and always available with answers. Would highly recommend this place if you want a peaceful time away at the seaside.

We had such a fantastic stay and we felt right at home. Everything was clean, well looked after and the chalet was equipped with more than you could need. Everything was thought out to give guests the best experience and there was a lovely welcome basket to give an extra special touch.The location was perfect with a nature reserve and lovely park within a few minutes walking distance. Would recommend over and over, will be staying again!

We had a lovely stay at Stephen apartment it was very cosy and had lots of pots and pan in the kitchen for cooking and also salt and pepper the apartment warm warm and cosy and they even had Christmas decorations up so it felt like home would definitely book again if I was In the area

We had a really lovely long weekend here. Would highly recommend for a peaceful place to stay in Norfolk, driving distance from Norwich, the broads and the beach. The garden was a particular bonus!

Tommy was a fab host. Communication was great and really fast - especially when I couldn’t figure out the oven and dinner was at risk lol. He was really thoughtful organising a cushion to be posted to us for the high chair. Definitely a host to recommend.

We loved our stayed at Gary’s place. Spotless clean and spacious rooms with soft linen, clutter-free kitchen. Gary was a great host who made our stay was comfortable. The area is so peaceful and garden space is absolute hidden gem. We were provided with fresh bread, milk even butter & jam🥰 i can highly recommended Gary’s place.

We had a lovely stay here. Such a peaceful location. The place was just right for our needs. Perfect size and nicely laid out with a garden which we managed to take advantage of. Very clean and fresh smelling linen too, which is always appreciated! I liked that the house had some amenities within eg tea, coffee, sugar, cooking oil. Very frustrating when the commercial letting places give you a totally bare place. As noted, this house had a good balance of amenities. Lovely beaches also within walking distance. I'd definitely recommend this place!

Beautifully Farmhouse with everything you need. Quality furnishings, linen etc. Extremely well equiped kitchen. There was even a playroom with toys which wasn't mentioned. Very safe enclosed garden for a two and five year old to play in. It might be worth mentioning that there were 5 beautiful large shower rooms but no actual bath. Didn't bother us, but maybe worth taking a small baby bath if you have a non standing infant. We had a fabulous stay. Great for an exstended family as there was plenty of space to share or be alone. An absolutely perfect place to stay in Beccles. Exactly as per photos. Easy to find,central to so many places -even without a car. Spotlessly clean,with everything you could think of.

Charming Victorian terraced cottage. Comfortable bed and lovely bathroom facilities. Ideal location for the cathedral and centre of Norwich

A stunning converted barn, clearly with no expense spared. Everything was tastefully finished as well as being comfortable. We especially appreciated the circular table with built in ‘lazy susan’-great for 8 people to sit around. Really well equipped including towels supplied for those using the hot tub.

We were racing at Snetterton for the weekend. Perfect for us and very close to circuit. We had everything we needed on arrival including milk,tea,coffee, croissants, biscuits, selection of cereals, cans coke, bottled water and more. Very comfortable stay with all the facilities we required provided. Thank you Claire.

We had such a lovely stay. The flat is very clean, nicely decorated and the outdoor area is beautiful. The sauna was fab and we loved taking a dip in the water. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment is small but well equipped and in a great location within easy walking distance of the city centre and cathedral. Jemma was very helpful.

I had the pleasure of staying at Chris and Peter’s beautiful and quirky place for my 40th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location was excellent—within easy walking distance to everything we needed. The home was full of character, immaculately presented, and had all the thoughtful touches that made us feel truly welcome. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the heavy duvets made for a cosy and restful night’s sleep. Everything was so well thought out, and it really felt like a home away from home. I stayed with a friend and we both agreed we wouldn’t hesitate to come back again for any occasion. Highly recommended!
