Carol and Tony provided everything we needed for a lovely family vacation- they accommodated our needs while traveling with a toddler and their guest house felt like a home away from home! Their backyard is heavenly and was the perfect place to relax in between all our outings. They are the nicest couple and I would recommend their lovely cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with easy access to all SoCal has to offer.

This was such a beautiful guest house in a nice, peaceful, and quiet neighborhood. Everything was really clean and the amenities were amazing! Communication was great and the hosts Zach and Eva were so polite and very friendly with quick response times. There’s a fun Las Vegas theme outdoor area near the pool and their garden is gorgeous. There are stairs in the house that are steep so they might be a little bit difficult for someone with a physical disability or the elderly but this is listed in the description. Overall, I highly recommend this listing to anyone wanting to stay near San Diego!

Great place in a great area. I picked the unit really based on the location - the amazing host, and little cute unit with everything I needed were just upside aspects to my trip. Highly recommend this unit for a solo traveler or a couple seeking to stay in this amazing area.

Absolutely worth it. Beautiful place. Cozy with gorgeous gardens. Also a nice welcome touch of bowl of fruits, chocolates and plenty to drink. Loved it.

We felt safe up in the mission hills and at home at the casita! Easy to check in, quiet neighborhood, 15 minutes or less from everything we did and was amazing to come back to after long days!!! Price was great, it was clean and comfy, our space was respected, and the hosts were extremely kind! Will be back the next time we are in San Diego :)

Lynae’s place was wonderful, as was Lynae! Balboa park right nearby, with gorgeous trails and scenery. Walkable to North Park area which had a fun variety of bars, shops, and restaurants. Lynae was a wonderful host - responsive, kind, flexible - and the home was bright, airy, with gorgeous views. We couldn’t say enough good things about the wall of jasmine walking in. Thank you Lynae for having us in your home!

From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home with their warm hospitality and thoughtful touches. They go above and beyond to ensure every detail is taken care of — you can genuinely feel how much they care about their guests. The guest home itself is absolutely majestic. Nestled right by the ocean (2mi), it’s a peaceful, serene retreat with beautiful greenery and a calming atmosphere that melts all your stress away. Every corner of the space is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. If you’re looking for a quiet, luxurious, and welcoming escape by the sea, look no further. Leanne and Jim’s place is a hidden gem, and we can’t recommend it highly enough. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

The place was clean. comfortable and conveniently located for our purposes. Carlos is friendly and easy to work with. It’s the second time we’ve stayed there and hopefully, not our last.

We loved our stay in La Jolla! Carolina cozy cottage was the perfect location and we had a relaxing long weekend enjoying short walks to the windansea beach and la jolla cove. The cottage was immaculate and styling was top notch! We could not have asked for a better stay and would love to stay here again soon :)

we had a wonderful, relaxing time. we where only there for 2 days for our Grandson's graduation. it was hard to leave such a beautiful home and grounds. we will definitely come back and stay when we can be there most of the time.the pool was beautiful. the house was sparkling clean. Jeanne and John were most welcoming. very nice to talk to.

We had a wonderful time with Marsha and Mark. While in town for a wedding, their casita was the perfect home away from home. The views up in the mountains were beautiful and the surroundings were peaceful. Anything we needed was just 10-15 minutes away into town in either Vista or Escondito.

Jonathan’s place is quite beautiful. It’s easy to access with a parking spot and privacy. We were visiting for a wedding in Temecula and his place worked out great for us. The bed was comfortable, hot water and clean bathroom, kitchen has the basics you’d need for a short stay, and overall affordable. Would recommend!

We loved our stay. From the beginning, Jessica was very responsive and friendly. The place was exactly as pictured. Jessica put so much thought into the small details that many other places don't think about. There was a pack and play for my almost 2 year old, but what stood out was the memory foam mattress insert and she provided tiny linens, pillow, and blankets. I've stayed at other places where they literally only had the pack and play and that was it. We were told to bring our own linens. My daughter used the toddler cot which also had linens and blankets. My kids loved the playhouses outside. They swept the outside area of any leaves every day. Pretty genius of Jessica to provide kid brooms to help keep her place clean. Now if only I can convince them to clean when we're at home! We would definitely stay again or try the larger main house if we come back.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The 2-bedroom place was sparkling clean and so cozy - perfect for our family. Even though the weather wasn't great, the views were still lovely, and our little one was thrilled to spot some small animals around the property. The fresh oranges from the tree were a delicious treat, and the tiny swings inside were a big hit! The clean bathroom was also a huge plus. We highly recommend this spot for families.

Joe is an excellent host. Friendly, polite, respectful, and just awesome. His place is perfect. Private, squeaky clean, comfortable, and beautiful. You will not regret staying with him. Well worth the price!

my daughter and I stayed at Susie and Britt's poolhouse for 6 nights when we were in the San Diego area for a wedding. At first we thought we would look for a beach rental but then heard that it can be foggy on the coast during May and June and going 5 miles inland can make a big difference with weather. we looked in Rancho Sante Fe because that we where the wedding venue was located and we really hit the jackpot! Everything is just as described- very relaxing times in the jacuzzi and by the fire pit in the evenings. The travel to the surrounding SanDiego sights was super easy. Highly recommend this rental!!!
