We really loved staying here. it was sooo close to the beach and awesome coffee shops. We will most definitely stay again!!!!

We loved our stay! We were provided with amenities we might need such as extra blankets, and iron, pots and pans and disposable cups. The instructions on finding the place were very clear, the space was homey and quiet.

This is a very nice, clean and well appointed apartment which opens into a green and peaceful courtyard. Best of all for me, it has a one car garage with remote! Its really convenient to pull into the garage late at night instead of trying to find street parking. The bay is a bit narrow so you do have to rent a smaller vehicle - I had a 4 door Nissan Versa. The area is mostly residential with restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. The owner is very helpful and responsive. When the TV remote stopped working, he showed up to change batteries and when that did not work, he ordered a new remote which arrived the next day. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Lisa was an excellent host. She thought of everything and the small details like an extra toothbrush, lots of blankets and beach towels. So many things. The one that stood out the most was that a last minute add in of my daughter's to my visit and she made up the couch bed so we were all set with places to sleep when we arrived. We'll done Lisa.

We were in town to help family move. The Nest was a peaceful, comfortable place to rest each evening after moving boxes all day. It was just what we needed.

I highly recommend Jessica’s place. It was clean, well stocked with everything one would need for a lengthy stay, and nicer and bigger than the photos. Great view of downtown, little Italy and the water from the huge patio that had ample seating. Jessica was a very friendly, responsive and accommodating host. The elevator has access directly into the suite which made going in and out very convenient. The area felt very safe and there are many restaurants and cafes nearby. While it was close to the airport and had airplanes flying by, the noise was minimal and not at all a problem at night. My only suggestion for guests is to bring sleep masks if you plan on sleeping on the bunk beds as that area does not have dark/black out blinds and is bright in the morning. All in all a great stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

Our third extended stay with Gloria and Mari. Great hosts and excellent location - less than two blocks from the beach and easy walk to the Village. Lovely area, friendly folks with lots of fun shops, restaurants, or just walking on the beach. Apartment was great for the two of us, everything you need, clean and comfy. New improvements made during the last three years are nice and off-street parking is a bonus. Our winter home for sure!

Ricardo is a extremely detailed host and the place was exactly as described. Location was convenient because every major city within San Diego was only about 10 mins if that!

We didn’t want to leave. This host is extremely thoughtful with all that you could use on vacation. My husband and my 15month old accompanied me on this adventure to the beach. Just a few blocks away we loaded up our wagon and just enjoyed all the great restaurants and activities around. Besides being the perfect location, this Airbnb was well stocked including a High chair and pack n play for the baby. No clutter around other than a few tasteful decorations we were able to put up so baby couldn’t reach them. The cleaners have done an amazing job at every inch of the home, to the extent that I felt comfortable with my infant roaming around. We will be saving this booking for future use because it was beyond my favorite place to stay. As per the host, they are responsive kind and understanding. The apartment was the perfect place to spend a relaxing week away. The beach was walking distance and the host provided easy to carry chairs for the walk over. The space was clean, comfortable and had a great view. The host was really friendly, responsive in the chat and gave clear instructions for check-in/out as well as all the available items for use on the property. Loved it, wouldnt hesitate the book again

Even better than it was in past visits! Property Mgr is available directly for any issues and very proactive. Great location within steps of so much in town, yet off the path to prevent noise or crowd pollution. Privacy gates to separate you from other units. Beautiful view of the ocean and sunset from the patio. I go here to retreat from the world for a moment and it never disappoints. Kitchen has the needed essentials and the full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash was appreciated. This visit the TV next door could be heard at night, but that's not been the experience before so might have just been the renters. Thankfully they turned it off by 9-10 though. 100% will be back to this property.

Dan and Britt were incredible hosts—professional and thoughtful without ever feeling like a management company. Their welcome guide was so thorough that we had everything we needed without needing to reach out during our stay. When we did contact them, they were quick to respond and very helpful. The home itself was beautiful—new, tastefully furnished without any clutter, and truly right on the water; you can’t get any closer. We also appreciated the elevated touches, like quality amenities including Native bath products. A really special and seamless stay!

Such a great location and price for Oceanside. We are near major routes to everywhere that we wanted to go to, along with a hiking trail. We can hear traffic but it was never a nuisance. The condo is on the 2nd floor, no elevator but was not a problem for us. The kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/dishware but no pantry items. We were pleased with the dishwaher and W/D, and yes, there were detergent available. There was a new sofa bed, and TV with EASY to operate controls (thanks for not having multiple remotes!) There are 3 of us, 2 with low vision so we were extremely pleased with the layout (no Nic-nacs to knock over or excessive furniture to run into). Our hostess was the best, so responsive to all my questions!

We loved this place. even though it was cloudy and windy, the porch was our favorite place to be! We watched Sea Lions, seagulls, pelicans and surfers during our morning coffee and dusk wine sunsets. Location was also great, within 15 to 20 minutes we were able to explore so much during the 3 days we were there. If you can only do a couple of things I suggest spending a couple of hours at the Cabrillo National Monument $20 valid for 7 days, you can hike, visit the monument, light house, tide pools, visitor center, The view is spectacular! Then head to Old Town and ride the 2 hours trolley - hop on and hop off or enjoy the full ride. Mexican food galore or stop by Little Italy for some yummy pizza! It was our first time in San Diego, but we will be back for sure, and hopefully Rick's place will be available! also a bonus, you get to use the garage!

We loved this place. Justin was very responsive and the place was furnished with new furnishings. It is just steps to the beach which is amazing and plenty of restaurants and 7-11 nearby. You’re close to the 5 freeway to get to Legoland and the 78 to get to the mall. It is also a 50 minute walk to the pier. Our dog also met a lot of other furry friends during our walks on this trip too which was an added bonus.

Judy’s place was great! Good size and the space was nice with two outdoor hangout areas. Stocked with everything you need!The location was walkable with the beach and the shops being so close.

Just the perfect spot for our trip!! We truly enjoyed our stay, everything was beautiful and people were so so nice!! We really enjoyed the hottub and the pool, it wasn’t busy at all. The location was perfect for us considering we didn’t have a car so we walked everywhere. So close to the beach and to the harbour. We would definitely go back in a heartbeat!!

We had a very comfortable stay here! The Airbnb is very spacious and looks just like the photos. The hosts were very responsive and Petrina was so friendly! It's a very charming property with a large garden outside and a cute sitting area right outside the front door. I'd happily stay here again!

5-star Airbnb and host, parking/entry was simple and easy, Renee is 100% responsive, and it’s clear this host cares that you have a great stay. The place is as described, very clean, fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds with THE SOFTEST SHEETS/PILLOWCASES EVER, and nice extra touches. Bright and light, quiet at night, 1.5 bathrooms, and close to beach and coastal towns.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was modern, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. Aubrey was an outstanding host—responsive, accommodating, and genuinely kind. When I arrived in California earlier than expected, she graciously made arrangements for me to check in before the scheduled time, which was a thoughtful touch that made my trip even smoother. The location was perfect—just a short distance from the beach, with plenty of great eateries nearby. It was wonderful to have a hot tub available for relaxation, and parking on the premises made everything so convenient. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable stay with a host who truly cares about their guests! Very very homey and beautiful stay for a getaway in SD. It’s walking distance from almost all the cool spots in the city. Host was immensely attentive and responded almost immediately to any of my questions, personally the best host we’ve ever had. Only hurdle to be aware of is the parking, then again you’re across the street from petco park so it’s expected. But besides that our stay was perfect. definitely would stay again for the view alone!, everything is just a plus :)

We had the best time at Hannah‘s place. The apartment was clean, spacious and the location was great — especially, close to local beaches. Hannah was very responsive and super friendly! We‘d love to come back sometime.

we have stayed here twice and will stay again. they were doing some construction on the building we were staying in but workers were considerate on time not to start too early or work too late. always peaceful and beach close by. we have stayed at many other places this is by far our favorite
