Una vera casatorre medievale di avvistamento del X secolo dei Malaspina nel borgo di Irola ( Villafranca in Lunigiana, Alta Toscana): un soggiorno raro tra pietra antica, atmosfera d'epoca e comfort moderni. La casa è unica nella zona e conserva dettagli autentici come pietre secolari, tetto a vista in castagno, ed un bagno con doccia nella roccia. Breathtaking views of the mountains where you can take quiet walks. The house consists of a brick and wood veranda, an entrance with a sofa and a fireplace. Bathroom with large shower. Kitchen and closet. Two bedrooms, one of which is a double and one consisting of a bunk bed.

In an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by unspoiled nature, we rent a small rustic mountain villa that is part of an ancient fief of the castle of Belforte (in Borgo Val di Taro), completely renovated while maintaining an ancient state of preservation. It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

The beach, center, restaurants, station, and ferries are within walking distance. A unique place to spend mornings drinking coffee and evenings sipping local wine, admiring the sunrise and sunset in the front row!🌅🍷 *If there are more than 2 of you, we recommend the apartment for families! There is little privacy.

House with terrace with beautiful sea view. It is located in the historic center, practically 'above' the rooftops, so there are several stairs and steps to reach it. The house is arranged on two floors. An internal spiral staircase leads to the upper floor. This house has been included in a newspaper specialized for its architecture, furnishings, and of course the view. Completing the apartment is a room dedicated to the Jacuzzi hot tub.
