Vacation rentals in Careggine

A truly wonderful property, the views were incredible, especially from the bath. An amazing pool and deck area captured the sun from dawn til dusk. Our hosts were perfect, helpful, attentive but never intrusive. All in all this was a perfect experience. We cannot recommend it (and them) enough!

The host was flexible with check in time which was amazing. Their home was very clean. The balconies are gorgeous and we enjoyed our morning coffee while relaxing on it. The best part was the bed. Full linens, comfortable pillows and soft, plump bed along with a duvet. Probably the best sleep I had while visiting Italy. I would stay here again if I’m ever in the area and will recommend same to my friends and family.

L’alloggio di Alessandro è ottimo per chi vuole staccare dal caos della città, si trova in una posizione tranquilla ed immersa nel verde ma comunque vicina ad un sacco di zone di interesse come Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) e così via… è un posto molto strategico, sopratutto se si hanno animali domestici con sè. La nostra bassottina - Focaccia - ha potuto scorrazzare liberamente nell’immenso giardino che si trova davanti all’alloggio - luogo in cui io ed il mio compagno abbiamo deciso ogni sera di far cena godendoci lo splendido tramonto 🌇 L’alloggio è bello, nuovo e dotato di una cucina davvero super rifornita (abbiamo anche potuto far la pizza!). La presenza di un condizionatore inoltre ci ha fatto molto piacere. Sicuramente ci torneremo, lo consigliamo fortemente 🫶🏼 NB Alessandro è stato sempre super disponibile nel rispondere ad ogni mia domanda e nel darmi preziosissimi consigli su cosa vedere/dove mangiare etc. Grazie Alessandro per l’infinita pazienza ?

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte in questo splendido borgo della garfagnana. " purtroppo " Noi eravamo 3 persone. L'appartamento diviso su 3 piani come da foto, e a noi è piaciuto un sacco. Si trova a pochi km da Castelnuovo di Garfagnana o da tantissimi borghi bellissimi da visitare. Anna è ed è stata un host Spettacolare, ci ha assistito in tutto e per tutto dandoci un sacco di consigli. Spero veramente di poter tornare un giorno.... mai dire mai ... Colgo anche questa occasione per Ringraziarla di nuovo .

We had an amazing stay at Raphaël’s place. The views from the terrace are very beautiful making it the perfect spot for your morning coffee:) We were warmly welcomed by the housekeeper Elisa and she was very responsive for further questions/requests. Furthermore the apartment was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Raphaël and Elisa thank you for the great stay, I would highly recommend.

Anja’s place is really a little paradise! If you want to disconnect from everyday’s rush this is the place you want to be. The view is breathtaking and the nights quiet with only nature as your soundtrack. Anja responded very fast to our questions and was always ready to help us out when needed. We definitely recommend this place but be aware that you will stay in a very remote area, no city luxury over here just pure Tuscan mountain nature! Not to miss is an amazing restaurant called Vivi Verde Bistro at a 10min drive in the mountain village Vergemoli. All thumbs up for Casa S. Martino ❤️

Charmantes Ferienhaus mit toller Ausstattung inmitten eines apenninischen Dorfs. Perfekt um zu entspannen, in der Umgebung zu wandern oder einen Ausflug ans Meer oder nach Lucca zu unternehmen. Sympathische Gastgeberin!

Daniela is a lovely host who gives helpful advices before, during and even at the end of the stay to ensure an easy check-in as well as check-out and answers quickly if assistance is needed. Her house is a beautiful place at the edge of a village with a huge garden and a marvellous view on the surrounding mountains and the lake. At night we've seen plenty of fireflies which turned the garden in a magic atmosphere. On three terraces everyone finds a place to relax or chat. Inside you find everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. Both double beds are cosy and offer a fantastic view on either the mountains or the village of Vagli Sopra with its church tower. There is a small grocer's about 10 minutes away walking or 2 minutes by car open all days even at midday which offers what's necessary and a pharmacy even closer. We can warmly recommend a stay for taking a break from busy work days to calm down and enjoy life.
