We LOVED this perfectly located apartment and as promised, it offered a fantastic view of the river and downtown. The neighborhood was so peaceful and beautiful. Perfect location to walk to all the charming shops downtown, to the river, or the nearby park. Our first night there was music in the park that we could hear from the rooftop terrace. And our hosts were so friendly and helpful, sharing nice tips or extras along the way. We will definitely stay again next time we visit friends in Cape!

Beautiful country setting with lots to do on the property for my adult family of 5. The pool table, hot tub, and fire pit were wonderful!! We were just minutes away from dinner and a grocery store. We were just 20 minutes from hiking at the Garden of the Gods. We landed at Kevin's after a 4 day, 3 night back country hike and could not have been more comfortable! It was a wonderful place to relax and recharge.

It was well worth the $! I had an amaziiiiing weekend! It’s absolutely beautiful- inside and out! The pool was SUCH a good time, I could’ve stayed in it for days! We grilled out and swam, it’s an unbelievably fun & peaceful experience. The host was extremely responsive, helpful and checked in making sure we had everything the whole stay. I would recommend it for sure! If I could give it 6 stars I would! I will definitely be staying here again!!!

We had a wonderful stay to celebrate our son’s Gotcha Day. Having the lake in your backyard was both relaxing and fun. The canoe was used every day. The house had so many little “treasures” to look at. And no matter where you looked, there were signs telling you to relax. We really enjoyed everything. We have stayed at many properties over the years and Bell is one of the best hosts we have had. We plan on coming back.
