Piso muy limpio, recogido y con todo lo necesario. Lo recomendaría sin duda. Tanto ella como su hija muy apañadas y serviciales

Todo muy bien, el sitio bastante tranquilo y cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario, lo recomiendo para cualquier ocasión. Aunque es pequeño es bastante acogedor y agradable.

The apartment was very clean, modern, and well equipped for a long stay. It had two double beds and both were very comfortable. A very nice park was located across the street, which was great for relaxing and would be good for guests with children. The view of the park from the apartment was nice, and quiet. Having a full grocery store on the ground floor was very convenient. Also, it is only a 5 minute walk to the regional bus station (very convenient!) and within easy walking distance (1-2km) of the cathedral, market, restaurants, bars and other key sites. 100% recommend!

Amazing scandi place with a terrace and modern amenities, superb location, bed and pillows are super comfortable - we slept with the windows open - so peaceful and cool natural air from the outside, shower is great and high bathroom vanity/sink perfect for someone tall. There is an elevator in the building but still need to take about 17 steps to the unit which was not an issue even with heavy luggage since the steps are wide with comfortable rise. We will definitely stay here again.

L’appartamento è accogliente, spazioso e funzionale. Oltre ad essere ben pulito era provvisto di tutto il necessario per trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno (lenzuola, asciugamani, carta igienica, bagnoschiuma, climatizzatore, Wi-Fi, ventola a pala). La host Mercedes è stata molto gentile e disponibile e puntuale nelle risposte. La posizione ottima, dista a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e c’è un parcheggio a soli 2 minuti per poter parcheggiare la macchina a 9 euro al giorno. L’edificio è inoltre provvisto di ascensore. Sicuramente da ritornarci!

Absolutely amazing place!! Just like the photos and very clean. Alejandro and María Eva were very responsive and very helpful. I kindly asked to check out one hour later than the established time and I was told there’s no problem, very very nice overall. I definitely recommend😊

Our stay could not have been more pleasant! The apartment was modern, spacious, even better than depicted in the listing's photographs, and was perfectly located around the corner from some of Murcia's most well-known attractions. Host communication was prompt, comprehensive, and very helpful. Highly recommended!

About 15-20 minute walk to downtown, was just a 1 night stop to break our journey. Did not feel particularly welcome in Murcia as a tourist but this is nothing to do with accommodation but a general observation for tourists. Few small issues at the property but Jesus apologised and they did not really impact our stay. The apartment itself is finished to an extremely high standard.

Fuimos a un concierto en Sala REM que queda literalmente a 3 minutos del departamento y todo perfecto. Tiene de todo para cocinar, lavar ropa, la ducha muy cómoda y con agua caliente. El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfecto, es seguro y muy bien ubicado para caminar o acercarte a los lugares. Lo recomiendo 100%

El piso es maravilloso. Todo estaba limpio, la cocina estaba completa de todo lo que necesitábamos. Juan es muy amable y tiene muy buen gusto de decorar el piso y etc. Volveremos de nuevo. Gracias

Estancia inmejorable en un alojamiento de 10. La ubicación era perfecta y la casa acogedora y muy tranquila. Numerosos bares y comercios en la proximidad. 100 × 100 recomendable

El alojamiento está muy bien equipado, completo y con climatización. Dispone de una terraza amplia y el residencial consta de zonas comunes que se pueden disfrutar: piscina exterior, cubierta, jacuzzi, gimnasio, jardín...

Si vous voulez visiter toute la région de Murciq, c'est le meilleur emplacement, je recommande très fortement cet appartement très bien équipé et bien situé. L'arrivée et le départ très facile avec janette.

Cristina es una súper anfitriona, amable, educada y siempre atenta. El apartamento estaba limpio, ordenado y coincide con la descripción y las fotos, incluso lo supera. Cristina nos dejó entrar antes de la hora prevista y nos explicó con todo detalle cómo acceder al apartamento y el resto de instalaciones. El spa un lujo añadido, urbanización muy tranquila, nos hemos quedado un día más y por supuesto volveremos a reservarlo en breve. Muchísimas gracias.

A sido un gusto alojarnos en el apartamento de Andrej,muy atento a cada petición o duda que teníamos,nos facilitó toda la estancia,mención también para su chica de la limpieza la cual nos ayudó a acceder a las zonas de piscina y jacuzzi,nos prestó gorros para la piscina y nos enseñó los accesos a ella,volveríamos a repetir con él una y mil veces,si buscan comodidad y tranquilidad este estancia vuestro lugar
