Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Caravaca de la Cruz

We stayed at David's excellent apartment for 4 nights just before Christmas. Very central location, walkable to most amenities and sights. Supermarket 2 minutes walk, bars and restaurants literally on the doorstep. The inevitable noise generated by the bar and restaurant crowds was compensated for by the terrific atmosphere that they created celebrating the Festive season. David was an excellent host, responsive to our limited queries. Access by key pads and then keys. Would highly recommend.

The accommodation is just as it appears in the listing. Very quiet to spend a few days visiting family in Murcia and not be in the hustle and bustle of the city. The hosts were very friendly, our flight to the Canary Islands was delayed and there was no problem for our hosts to let us stay one more day. Totally recommended!

The street is quiet, easy to find and close to downtown. The apartment has everything an ordinary house can have, plus some extra details like coffee capsules or some small muffins in the kitchen.

Angeles, she was super friendly and attentive to us, and the apartment was very comfortable clean and nice, of course always highly recommended and we would always repeat, a great pleasure to meet you.

The house was very well equipped (at kitchen level we were surprised, we were always missing things and in this case there was everything!). Leftover firewood, everything necessary and the owner even left us a huge cake she gave us to have breakfast of the 20 we were. We will definitely repeat:)

Miguel Angel was super nice to us, he waited for us on the same street and advised us on many aspects since it was the first time we visited Murcia. The apartment is impeccable, just as shown in the photos. An extra point is that it had a supermarket very close by. A very positive experience. I would definitely repeat.

Very nice house, local to the port and shops Stayed end on march so little cold for the pool. But the pool an area was clean.

Spectacular chalet that makes you feel that you belong to another economic level. You feel at home and Juan answers any questions at all times. The proximity of the tram makes the fact of being outside Murcia not a problem. It is equipped with everything you need and more. To repeat without a doubt.

We had an brilliant time as a group of 5 adults and 8 children. The space is ideal for groups and there was plenty to keep the kids entertained. We liked that the house was in a quiet area, it still felt safe and was only a short uber ride to Murcia centre. Alicia was a fantastic host, she really couldn’t do enough for us. We hope to return next year!

Fabulous apartment. Huge space to relax. Quiet area but that’s why we like Corvera . A car is needed to get around . Definitely go back again. Thank you for letting us stay in your apartment.

The apartment was very much in line with what we needed, everything was clean and tidy. The host was very attentive and kind, showed us the accommodation and answered any questions we might have.

I don't give it 10 stars, because there aren't. If it was a number note it would be an 11 out of 10. Antonio is a very friendly host, attentive, always aware that we are well and go to dream places. The apartment is located in a private development, with two pools and jacuzzi in each of them, very well maintained gardens and a quiet neighborhood community. I highly recommend staying in any apartment in Antonio. Thank you so much for everything from the three of us, Antonio.

Fernando was very kind and friendly. At all times, he recommended places to visit that were phenomenal. The apartment matches the photos and the description. The pool is one pass, with a jacuzzi and everything. Quiet neighbors. And the A/C that works great is appreciated as we were in very hot days.

It's been an amazing week, the apartment was perfect, everything was clean and tidy. There was everything, you really felt at home. The location was perfect, since it was still hot we had to go by car since we were with a dog, but the distance to the beaches, to Mazarrón and to the dog-friendly beach are 5 minutes away, which allows you to make the most of your time. As it was in September, you could tell that there were very few people in the area, so we were in a haven of peace. The terrace is great, there are a few specific hours when it gets a lot of sun but the rest of the time, both in the morning and at night is where we spent our time (on top of that the TV with the stand allows you to see it from all sides). Thank you for everything. I hope to return.

A small but cozy apartment, ideal for couples, it has everything you need, towels, a hairdryer, kitchen utensils... Too bad the weather didn't let us enjoy the terrace.

Excellent location and swimming pool facilities and gardens. Stone beaches but ideal for snorkeling, paddleboarding and kayaking in our case. Very few people because they are coves that do not go to people outside of the development. Great apartment with terrace ideal for breakfast watching sunrise. Spectacular sunsets from the cape or pool. We will repeat for sure!
