Everything is very good, the place is quite quiet and comfortable, it has everything you need, I recommend it for any occasion. Although it is small, it is quite cozy and pleasant.

The apartment was very clean, modern, and well equipped for a long stay. It had two double beds and both were very comfortable. A very nice park was located across the street, which was great for relaxing and would be good for guests with children. The view of the park from the apartment was nice, and quiet. Having a full grocery store on the ground floor was very convenient. Also, it is only a 5 minute walk to the regional bus station (very convenient!) and within easy walking distance (1-2km) of the cathedral, market, restaurants, bars and other key sites. 100% recommend!

Amazing scandi place with a terrace and modern amenities, superb location, bed and pillows are super comfortable - we slept with the windows open - so peaceful and cool natural air from the outside, shower is great and high bathroom vanity/sink perfect for someone tall. There is an elevator in the building but still need to take about 17 steps to the unit which was not an issue even with heavy luggage since the steps are wide with comfortable rise. We will definitely stay here again.

The apartment is cozy, spacious, and functional. In addition to being well cleaned, it was equipped with everything you need to spend a pleasant stay (sheets, towels, toilet paper, shower gel, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, paddle fan). The host Mercedes was very kind and helpful and punctual in her responses. The location is excellent, it is a 10-minute walk from the center and there is a parking lot just 2 minutes away to park the car for 9 euros per day. The building also has an elevator. Definitely worth going back to!

Juan Ángel is charming, he was very attentive to our arrival and helped us a lot throughout the stay. The house was perfectly equipped with everything you need and has that rural charm that allows you to spend a perfect weekend in Ayna. Highly recommended, we'll be back!

Absolutely amazing place!! Just like the photos and very clean. Alejandro and María Eva were very responsive and very helpful. I kindly asked to check out one hour later than the established time and I was told there’s no problem, very very nice overall. I definitely recommend😊

This place was great for a month long stay. It was comfortable, very clean, had a lots of storage to stay organized, and the location was convenient. It can be a little noisey outside at certain times of day, but it dies down at bedtime so I never had issues sleeping. I would recommend staying here. Thanks for the comfortable stay!

A perfect stay! This is the second time we've stayed, and it definitely couldn't be better. Joaquín is a charming host, he is too kind, attentive and he is attentive to every detail. The apartment is super comfortable, it has everything you need, from a well-equipped kitchen, a sparkling bathroom, a large and comfortable bed and even a community pool. It is very spacious and clean. The apartment is centrally located and because it has parking, you can drive around all of Murcia, but it is also close to bus stops. We will definitely repeat as soon as we can, I recommend it 100%.

Only the B&B is accessible via the stairs, so for older people with mobility issues it is quite difficult

The accommodation is very well equipped, complete and air-conditioned. It has a large terrace and the residential complex consists of common areas that can be enjoyed: outdoor pool, indoor pool, jacuzzi, gym, garden...

The apartment is amazing, and the terrace overlooking the ocean is unbeatable. The hosts try to make it a pleasant stay. We had a very good time and we can enjoy this quiet environment. Thank you very much.

Cristina is a super host, friendly, polite and always attentive. The apartment was clean, tidy and matches the description and photos, even surpasses it. Cristina let us in before the scheduled time and explained in detail how to access the apartment and the rest of the facilities. The spa is an added luxury, very quiet development, we stayed one more day and of course we will book it again shortly. Thank you very much.

The stay was great, we felt right at home. The area is very quiet, the location is spectacular with beautiful ocean views. The apartment had all the amenities, everything was super clean and the solarium with the jacuzzi... without words!! On the other hand, José is a 10-star host!! He was very flexible with check-in and check-out, and is super attentive and kind. He also sent us a super complete guide to the apartment, with everything it contains, instructions for use and a list of restaurants and leisure in the area. Thank you for everything, it was a great experience.

It was a pleasure to stay in Andrej's apartment, he was very attentive to every request or question we had, he made our stay easy, I also want to mention his cleaning lady who helped us access the pool and jacuzzi areas, she lent us pool caps and showed us the entrances to it, we would repeat with him a thousand times, if you are looking for comfort and tranquility this is your place
