It is located on a hill in the Spina Verde Nature Park, surrounded by a large garden and only a few minutes from Como and the motorway. The villa is easily accessible by car, train, and plane and offers gated free parking next to the house. It is especially suited for holidays at Lake Como or day trips to Milan or Switzerland or just as a stop-over on the way from Northern Europe to Italy or Southern France.

Both are equipped with TV, wifi, and floor heating. There is a public stone terrace in front of the house. The tourist tax (€2.50 per person) is excluded from the price.

Modern and bright open space studio, with large garden and beautiful lake view. Composed of an open plan bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a double sofa bed and an equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Ideal for 2 guests, but we can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to the sofa bed. Public parking is 100 meters from the property (historic center of the village, limited traffic): you need to climb about 80 steps to access the property. No air conditioning.

The house is located in the beautiful and quiet town of Tosnacco (upper part of Moltrasio), which is one of the nicest little towns along lake Como and quite close to the center of Como. From the public parkings it is a ca. 200m walk up to my house - might be unconvenient with huge luggage. To compensate for the climb, there is a wonderful lakeview from the balcony. Down to the church and center of Moltrasio with restaurants and little supermarket it is a ca. 10 minutes walk.

Holiday Home Liliana fantastic views of Lake Como

My accommodation is near town centre, in a very quiet location. It is 15 minutes far by car from Como centre and 20 minutes by car from the amazing Bellagio. There are a lot of walks into the wild and outstanding beaches on the lake. You’ll like this apartment because of its privacy and its breathtaking view. It’s suitable for all people, like couples, lonely people, families (with children) and pet friends!
