Our modern two-story, one-bedroom home sits on a private, secure, and quiet residential lot. You will have exclusive use of the entire house, property, and pool. Enjoy ocean views and breezes from the second-floor balcony, as well as the saltwater pool in your backyard. A 3-minute walk down the hill brings you directly to the beach. The ground floor features a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, breakfast bar, cozy living area, and a half bathroom. Sliding glass doors open to the yard and pool area, where you’ll find an outdoor shower, lounge chairs, a thatched roof shady area for lounging, and a concrete garden table with thatched roof. The private Balinese-style saltwater pool is spacious and beautifully designed, with underwater benches and sun shelves for comfort. It also features a cascading waterfall and lighting, all controlled by a wall-mounted tablet. Stairs lead to a separate entrance on the second floor, where you’ll find a large open bedroom and sitting area. This space includes a king-size bed, a single bed, a couch, bar fridge, closet, and a bathroom with shower. The room has a powerful air conditioning unit, though the ocean breeze also keeps it comfortable. A Smart TV with a Netflix guest account is provided, and you can log into your own streaming services as well. The bedroom opens onto a spacious outdoor balcony with beautiful ocean views.
