This 3100sqft Villa includes 2 master suites with walk-in closets and private bathrooms. One of the suites has an ocean views, and doors to the patio and pool. There an additional 2 guest bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The kitchen includes granite countertops, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and a stovetop oven. A half bath, washing machine and dryer is located just off the home's entryway. The living and dining area has an open flow that leads outside to a covered patio and the pool area.

Great outdoor covered patios are featured both upstairs and downstairs. The pool has no lifeguard so use at your own risk) A separate detached bedroom with queen bed, half bath, and airconditioning is available for an extra $20 daily.
