Completely refurbished, it has two bedrooms, kitchen/living room, bathroom and two balconies. It is located in a typical and lively neighborhood of Madrid, at only one minute from the metro station (L5) and 15 minutes from the stations of Opera and Gran Via. Easy access from the airport.

I had a great stay at Lu’s place in Madrid. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect—close to public transport, shops, and great places to eat. Excellent room to book, perfectly located near the Palacio de Vistalegre. If I had something to highlight, it is that Juani is a charming person, always attentive and open to help. To say that the only downside is not being able to talk to her more, shows how interesting she is as a person. Another charm is Pizca, the kitten that accompanies them, always affectionate and not afraid to meet strangers. The only thing to improve would be to include a fan or something similar, because although it was not necessary, it would be good to have something for extremely hot days.

Cristina is a very friendly and nice person, she answers every question asked. The apartment looks spotlessly clean, there is everything you need to prepare meals, fortunately I found a convenient date in which, although there was no fan or air conditioning in the amenities, it turned out that there was a powerful desktop fan, for a very hot night it did its job, even saved me on hot days and nights, just a sensation, there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars in the area, so everyone will find something for themselves. The subway is very close to the place of check-in, about 5 minutes away, so getting to the center is very fast.

Maria and Faitma were amazing; very helpful. We felt very welcomed. The place is very comfortable and the bed and room very comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. A nice, quiet building. The location is close to the Oporto metro and is a very convenient location to get anywhere. The neighborhood has great shops. Thank you and we would definitely be back!
