This fully equipped apartment offers 60 square meters of living space, comprising a living-dining room, an open-plan kitchen, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The master bedroom, with ample wardrobes, features a 150x190 cm double bed. It has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom also has a double bed of the same size. There is another separate, spacious bathroom with a shower. The apartment is equipped with an iron and ironing board, toaster, hairdryer, and more, and comes with bed linen and towels. It is located on the second floor of a brand-new building with an elevator. This apartment is not a tourist accommodation and is therefore not rented for tourist stays. It is rented only for temporary stays for work, study, medical reasons, etc. The tenant must sign a temporary stay contract, which will be provided before moving in. In the same room you will find the living room, the bedroom and the kitchen. The bathroom has its privacy. We place a high priority on cleanliness and hygiene. It is very important to us that you find everything as if it were brand new. It's a relaxing space, with attention to detail and designed to be perfect for every occasion. To sleep and rest well, it has a double bed with a memory foam mattress and a sofa bed for 1 person. The sofa bed is a walk-in model, as shown in the pictures. You will have a clean set of sheets for each bed, as well as pillows, blankets, etc. The bathroom is super complete. You will find towel sets for each guest and a hydromassage shower. You don't need to pack gel, shampoo or conditioner in your suitcase, as we provide them along with a hairdryer. It is also equipped with a washing machine in case you need to use it, along with laundry supplies (clothesline, clothespins, and basin). There is a folding table next to the kitchen where up to 3 people can eat, and when you don't need it, you can put it away to create more space. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, such as a refrigerator, ceramic stove, coffee maker, microwave and, of course, all the necessary utensils.
