Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Carabanchel

To clarify some questions that I had myself before arriving to the apartment: * I have been living in this flat for 3 months and I haven’t seen a cockroach. Just in case, Jonathan took the complaints serious and set up some traps in the flat. * Yes, there is no service inside of the apartment, but the wifi works perfectly! * There is not that much natural light, but that somehow also makes the flat very cozy (as the description says) * It is located very centrally, even though it might not look like that on Maps. Since the apartment is in the ground floor, the air is a bit humid inside. Opening the windows a lot helps, and there were also some dehumidifiers set up, which made it better too. As for Jonathan as a host, he does his “job” perfectly! He was always available and answered within a couple of minutes. Whenever I had a problem, he stopped by and helped me as soon as he could. All in all, I think there is no better place to stay in Madrid, especially for that price!

Laura is een fijne host; ze ontvangt je persoonlijk, heeft antwoord op al je vragen en is super goed bereikbaar. De locatie ligt gunstig voor een groot deel van het centrum en is rustig. Wat achtergrond geluid van de bussen en taxi’s voor de deur maar we hebben er heerlijk geslapen. De inrichting is super luxe en schoon. Het voor ons uitklappen van de slaapbank omdat we twee aparte slaapplekken wilden, was voor Laura geen probleem.

Came to Madrid for work and stayed at Oscar’s apartment. Location is super safe, walkable any time of the day. The space is very comfortable, clean, and the communication was great throughout my stay. Highly recommend and I would be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Adelaida’s casa, was very nice & very spacious. Everything worked great especially after we discovered the range top was an induction appliance, since I knew about these I had to explain how it worked to my brother-in-law, since he was unaware & was doing the cooking. The neighborhood is impressive & very secure, so we felt very comfortable taking some long walks around the various loops in the gated community. If we are ever in Madrid we will try to rent here again & advise others to do so as well!

Maria’s beautiful and historic home was the perfect base for our Madrid trip. It was bigger than expected, very nicely designed and decorated, and really well equipped with so many thoughtful details. We loved the city, but I looked forward to coming back ‘home’ to this neighbourhood every evening. Maria was really kind, friendly and helpful. Local market, cafes, supermarket and bakery all in easy walking distance, bus connections are easy and frequent (we hardly used the metro - much nicer to see the city as you travel around). Lovely outdoor space for relaxing. Close to the huge Casa del Campo park for green space. Thank you so much Maria for a wonderful stay.

Javier foi super gente boa e solicito, me ajudou com dicas. Recomendo, lugar tranquilo e pessoas serenas. Um ótimo espaço em Madrid, minha estadia foi perfeita. Não há nada que reclamar, muito pelo contrário, só elogios ao Javier e o local. Obrigado!

Lugar limpio, tiene lo necesario para pasar unos días, el metro está muy cerca, en lo personal soy muy exigente, solo mejoraría el colchón de la cama. Muchas gracias por todo!

Great stay Cris responded immediately gave great restaurant recommendations we tried a few and a small Irish pub. The place itself is immaculate and clean air conditioner was a blessing it was 35c every day we were there. There’s 3 supermarkets within 10 minutes walk 2 small Lidl and Mercadona and a large Mercadona on 2 floors on the main shopping street left at the traffic lights walking towards Oporto tube station

El piso de Selena es excelente ubicación barrio recidencial con Bares ,confiterías , restaurante, supermercado, Lo MAS IMPORTANTE abajo está el Metro que en 10 minutos te lleva a la Gran Vía , a Callao o al Barrio La latina,el departamento es grande, confortable,cocina lavarropas ,dos balcones ,dos baños, la habitación tiene AIRE ACONDICIONADO, un ventanal cama más grande que lo normal,Selena te ofrece su hogar con gran disponibilidad, te sentirás como en tu casa, Realmente lo recomiendo El precio además es inigualable...viajo mucho tengo experiencia en alquileres turísticos este es un lugar que realmente recomiendo cumple con lo más importante UBICACION , CONFORT, PRECIO. Gracias Selena por ser tan hospitalaria, por brindarme todas las comodidades.REGRESARE!!!

This is a beautiful apartment, well decorated and in a wonderful location right next to Retiro Park. We stayed for a month and were sad to leave. It is a short walk to everything you might need, bakeries, food markets, laundry, pharmacies, shops, and, of course, this being Madrid, excellent restaurants and neighborhood bars. The metro was just a block away, and bus stops right around the corner. Gabi, is a wonderful host. Attentive to all our needs and inquiries. She and her partner not only remodeled this apartment with great detail to make it functional, but decorated it in great taste. They are architects! Thank-you, Gabi. Hope we can come back soon!

Muy buen apartamento. Zona perfecta al lado de Vista Alegre. Solo por la terraza merece la pena jeje. Amplio y limpio. Nos dejó bebida de cortesía en el frigo y café.

This is a wonderful apartment in the center of Madrid. It was a nice mix of comfort and total convenience with local charm. Completely spotless with great AC- it was very warm when we were there. The balcony is gorgeous and although you’re on a busy side street (not cars- people!), there’s NO sound in the bedroom. The host was so helpful. If we are back in Madrid again I would absolutely stay here.

Even better than I expected! Has everything you need to feel right at home. Greatly appreciated the closet space for a longer trip as well.

Great apt and centrally located near Malasaña. Despite being on a big street it was very quiet at night. We had a great stay.

Roberto y Marco fueron unos anfitriones excepcionales, siempre atentos y dispuestos. El apartamento es tal como se muestra en las fotos, aunque más bonito en directo. Estaba limpio y tenía toallas y ropa de cama en abundancia. La zona es espectacular, al lado del Retiro. Muy cuidada y limpia. A pesar de ser un barrio con mucha vida en el apartamento no se escuchaba ruido por la noche. Repetiría sin dudar.

Such a perfect apartment for a weekend in Madrid. Within walking distance of the palace and central Madrid, including restaurants and cafes nearby too. The apartment had everything I needed and was perfectly set up, exactly how it looks in the pictures. Check in was super easy and Lila sent very clear instructions ahead of arrival and departure. Would recommend to anyone who’s looking for a place to stay in Madrid for exploring the city.
