impeccable apartment, everything well cared for and beautiful, full kitchen, excellent shower, everything very good. quality sheets, air-conditioning working well. We had a little problem with a curtain, but Nei helped us quickly and it wasn't even a hassle. I intend to come back here more often, no doubt.

The house is as advertised in the photos, comfortable, clean, spacious, excellent location, very close to the beach, and fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and we also had the beach kit: chairs and umbrellas. Great space, with lots of bathrooms and a cozy outdoor area. The location is great, with shops nearby and a beach you can walk to. It is a spacious and comfortable house, located very close to Prainha (the beach we liked the most in San Francisco do Sul); a very safe, quiet and family area. The place had everything described in the listing, and the WIFI worked very well. The house's kitchen is very spacious and complete. It also has a comfortable grill in the garage area. The house turned out to be more beautiful than the expectations we had created from what we saw in the photos, and it is also located near downtown and Enseada beach. The cleanliness is impeccable and the host was always willing to help us during our stay.

Hosts helped us with everything, helpful, communicative, wonderful people! The apartment was extremely clean, the location is wonderful, the view is beautiful, it's windy enough that we hardly even used the air conditioning. The rooms are spacious, I liked it more in person than in the photos. The hosts live in the house downstairs, which made everything very easy, they helped me with everything. My family and I stayed 1 week and loved it!

Local super quiet, even though it was a way to nearby beaches it was super quiet. Comfortable and complete house, including the outdoor kitchen, so much so that we only use it during the stay. You can walk both to the beach and to cove. I did not find the owner in person, but was always available on the phone. Karin and Claiton were loved ones.

We were greeted by Wagner even with the late night arrival, with great cordiality and promptness. The accommodation is comfortable and well located, with everything working perfectly. The only setback was with the electronic device to exit the tower, which required contact with the concierge for clearance — something that is due to the condominium system, not the host. Wagner also provided detailed information about leisure spaces, gave tips on places to visit and food options. We recommend the accommodation for the attention and quality of the space offered. Overall, the experience was quite positive and pleasant. We will certainly revisit the location.

New,clean,well decorated and beautifully equipped apt. Hosts who are willing and quick to respond. They left until they enter before their apt time. New condominium with many leisure options:swimming pools ,sauna,gym, beach tennis court, game room.Pray in clean and safe front. Only suggestion :put a fan or air conditioning in the room,as it gets a lot of afternoon sun and the balcony facing the city and not the beach.
