You will sleep listening to the relaxing noise of the waves and enjoy the cool breeze and sea view of virtually every room in the house. There is no problem with lack of water, as we have a well and a cistern. The kitchen is fully equipped and we have an AIR FRYER.

They are located on the 1st floor of the residential building, with a 3-bedroom apartment for 8 people and a studio for 4 people (with independent rentals). The common area has a gourmet barbecue with a kitchen (with rules of use) and a rooftop pool with a gazebo with a privileged view of Babitonga Bay. Inside the residential complex, there is an apartment on the ground floor where the Host and the Owner reside.
