Luxury Vacation House

GiovannaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The accommodation had everything you could need, everything perfectly working and above all functional, a comfortable bed and several pillows to choose the ones that best suited our needs. Extremely clean and impeccable, tidy and with all the comforts. Angela, the host, is very polite, kind and extremely helpful, we will definitely return and hopefully for longer. We have recommended the accommodation to all our friends and we recommend it to all those looking for a place in Marconia with all the comforts and with an excellent value for money! Thanks Angela, see you next time!
The entrance to the property is featured, showcasing a white facade with a modern door framed by two potted palm plants. A large white shade sail provides protection from the sun above the entrance. The surrounding pathway is paved, leading to additional charming buildings.

Apartament/ cottage in the countryside

PatriziaRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Upon our arrival we found the owner who showed us the house and explained everything we needed in detail. Very nice place, clean, with ample outdoor spaces very welcome especially by my children. The house is 10 minutes from the nearest beach and still convenient to visit all the beaches of the Ionian coast. 5 min from the center of Marconia, very nice center for the evening, and 10/15 min from Pisticci. In less than an hour you can reach the beautiful Matera. We had a very good time and the owners were hospitable, kind and available to meet our requests. We also had the luck and pleasure of tasting typical homemade dishes by Mrs. Graziella to whom I send a big hug!

The country villa

FrancescoRating, 5 stars9 months ago
House surrounded by countryside, well equipped, with everything you need for the kitchen, there is also a grill if you want, I only missed having a microwave. The house is clean, recycling is carried out, and in the courtyard you will find some cats to greet you, as well as having a piece of land with olive trees and other trees. If you want to relax, it's the perfect place!

The View Matera -Casa Vacanze

IsabelaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This place was absolutely magical! The host was incredibly flexible and shared fantastic local recommendations. The apartment was in the perfect location with breathtaking views—and the value for what you get is amazing. Parking was easy, and best of all, we didn’t have to haul our luggage up or down any stairs. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

Trullo Perla Greta - Villa & Private Heated Pool

JohnRating, 5 stars5 days ago
We loved our stay at Trullo Perla Greta. Silvana and her local house manager Francesca were very responsive and communicative, meeting us in town, showing us the grocery store and helping us get settled in. The gated Villa is about 2 miles outside of charming Alberobello, and served as a base to explore the towns of Puglia by car. The three bedrooms (access to one is a private entrance) are well appointed with luxurious linens. We had bikes delivered, but note that a portion of the road is unpaved. The outside pool and lounge area were stunning, providing both sun and shade options. At night, the outside lighting is magical for dining and socializing. The pool helped us cool off after sightseeing!! A highlight was having a chef come to teach us how to make homemade orecchiette. If you are looking for an authentic stay in Puglia, look no further! Thank you Silvana and Francesca for making everything seamless!
