Monthly Rentals in Capodarco

I was looking for an apartment near the beach so I wouldn't have to walk or drive miles every day, (with the stress of parking). Annalisa's apartment is very close to the sea, 100 meters from the beach and allows you to fully enjoy beach life, as we like it. I particularly appreciated the convenience of the parking space in the inner courtyard, the presence of all appliances in the apartment and air conditioners in every room for a relaxing vacation. Although we didn't have many opportunities to see each other since there were no problems, Annalisa made a great impression on us, a kind and caring Host. Paolo M

We spent our summer holiday at Caroline's house where her family lives. They occupy the ground floor and the apartment is on the top floor fully separated. They are really nice people, always available and helpful. The pool is a great plus although we preferred the seaside - an easily accessible free sandy beach. The apartment is fully furnished and accessorized - could find everything for making a meal. 2 fridges which is a plus for hot days!!! We got a remote control for the gates and went in and out anytime. Ideal for a family holiday. We discovered the Marche / Fermo region which is full of cultural gems. We thank Caroline for being a great host.
