Monthly Rentals in Capitolo

I had a wonderful stay at Francesco's, in a really quiet area inside a residence that is also immersed in relaxation. It is located in an area that I think is really nice because it is within walking distance of Capitolo which is the main long beach of Monopoli, with also some really good seafood restaurants. The building is completely new and includes all possible comforts.

Giulia is an extra host! She waited for us and welcomed us even when we arrived late. She suggested plenty of places to visit and recommended good restaurants. A stone's throw from the apartment, several small free beaches and plenty of typical restaurants in the area. I highly recommend this listing!

In the period from the end of May to the beginning of June, we (couple in our early 60s) lived in Mariangela's house for 14 days. Mariangela welcomed us very warmly at the house. She gave us a lot of information and good tips that were very helpful when exploring the area. We felt very comfortable in the spacious house, not least because of the quiet location and the many possibilities to relax outside on the terrace, veranda or in the garden. The beautiful cities, nature and beaches are easily accessible by car. Mariangela was always within easy reach for questions. We really enjoyed the time and would come back again and again.

We had a lovely stay! Appreciated the hosts being very friendly and informative - providing restaurant and beach recommendations. Airbnb was spotless and nicely decorated and stocked with everything one would need. Beautiful spacious well landscaped front yard and terrace with views to the sea. Walking distance to beach club and the sea. Easy driving distance/great starting point to all the villages and towns we wanted to visit - Monopoli, Polignano a Mare (3x), Alberobello, Lecce, Ostuni and more! A peaceful and wonderful stay.
