Monthly Rentals in Capitignano

We had a wonderful Easter vacation with the family (me, my wife and our two children aged 2 and 8). The newly renovated apartment is cozy, warm and smells of wood. Equipped with all comforts, with equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds, it immediately made us feel at home. The garden is spacious and well-kept, perfect for relaxing while the kids play. The family dog, polite and very sweet, kept our kids company for hours: they had a lot of fun playing ball together! A special mention goes to Stefano and Stefania, the owners: kind, helpful and always attentive, they welcomed us with warmth and hospitality. It's rare to find such an authentic place, where you really feel like family. An unforgettable Easter. Highly recommended for those looking for tranquility, nature and an honest welcome.

We loved our stay at the small house of Alla, it was very sweetly decorated and well-equipped! We specially loved the oven and sitting at the fire at night. The village is very calm and beautiful, we definitely recommend it :)

If you are looking for a place to regenerate your body and mind, you are in the right place. We stayed two nights in this beautiful cottage, far from the chaos; the welcome was impeccable, the lady super kind and very nice. In addition to the beautiful atmosphere, the highlight was the barbecue. We left a piece of our heart here, and we hope to have the opportunity to return ♥️

This is our third stay here at this beautiful Villa and each time it gets harder to leave! Lots of fabulous days and evenings spent with Andrea and Enzo over some delicious food and wine together with their family and friends who have become our family and friends too! Andrea is fluent in English and Italian and there are other different dialects and languages to enjoy listening to in one of the most beautiful parts of the world. Ripattoni may be small but it is huge jn personality where the villagers welcome you with open arms. Beautiful Villa with stunning scenery and so peaceful too but with restaurants and bars a short distance away you can have the best of both worlds. Can’t wait to come back.
