L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito. Splendida villetta a solo 20 metri dal mare, gli spazi sono stati arredati con gusto e ogni angolo pensato per rendere la vostra vacanza indimenticabile. Due camere da letto: una matrimoniale con finestra fronte mare da dove potrete sentire il suono delle onde del mare, una cameretta più piccola con un letto che diventa matrimoniale per un' altra coppia o i vostri bambini. La sala da bagno è spazioso con una grande doccia, sono compresi gli asciugamani. La cucina è completa di tutto!

My place is close to the sea, close to art, culture and beautiful beaches, you will like it for its intimacy and location and is suitable for couples because it is equipped with three air conditioners, thus creating total privacy. In the house you will find two kayaks, 4 seats by the sea with beach beds, a chest with masks, fins and games, umbrellas, beach towels and a portable cooler for your beach days. There is also the possibility of organizing daily trips with a sailboat.
