Newly renovated cottage close to forest and beach

Charming cottage with a great atmosphere inside and out. Beautiful and very peaceful location, as the last house at the end of a small gravel road in the old part of Rågeleje. From the cottage, it is 200 meters to the forest and 800 meters to the beach. The grounds are totally undisturbed with a beautiful older planting. The house has been completely renovated this year and looks very inviting with a ceiling for the kitchen and an exit to a large south-west facing wooden terrace. The house also has 3 good bedrooms and a completely new bathroom.

The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

The name of the house is a little misleading, because from the large kitchen living room there is not only a glimpse of the sea, but rather 180 degrees full panoramic view of the Baltic Sea. Here you can sit with a cool glass of white wine or a delicious cup of coffee and keep an eye on the children swimming from the rocks, or just enjoy the sound and sight of the waves and study the ships that slowly pass by.

Charming home from 1832 with low ceilings, but high to the sky out in the cozy garden. Enjoy the holiday with barbecue and sunbathing in the garden or coziness inside the house with fire in the wood stove. The house is located in Borre with 6 km to Møns Klint and 4 km to the beach at the end of Kobbelgårdsvej. There are two bicycles for free use for trips around the beautiful Møn nature. Upon arrival, the bed will be made up and there will be towels for use. Feel free to use everything in the house😊

There are very few actual summerhouses in Gudhjem. Here is one - unique - both in style and location. The nordic/bohemian vibe is thoroughly implemented throughout the house. The house is a traditonal Danish countryside house, 20 km from Roskilde. Here you can enjoy the Danish “hygge”, with peace and nature that you’ll find nowhere else. Relax on the terrasse in the garden, walk in the woods or to Gershøj beach. Go biking on the “fjordsti” which follows Roskilde and Ise fjord, just 1.5 km from the house. Bikes can be borrowed here for free. In winter, you can make a fire. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged upon request and against fees.
